BCBG

This is partially my own fault because I’m a naïve shopper (and almost never go shopping), but: avoid this store unless you have piles of money to burn on what actually feels like rather cheap clothing. I went in looking for last-​minute interview clothing, having no idea what BCBG was, and was overwhelmed by the salespeople. I walked out with badly overpriced and actually ill-​fitting clothing – and now realize that I can’t even return it. Clothes absolutely not worth the money.

This store is smaller compare to other BCBGs. Selection is limited but I think they get newer items sooner than other locations.

The manager here is outstanding. She went out of her way to help me resolve an exchange issue and was sensitive throughout the process. Thank you!

this is a shit store. Service is terrible. And they trick their customers.

The staff there were so rude. They didnt help me at all. They didnt tell me before i purchase sth that they dont do returns. The manager there is so impolite and i guess she was high. when i went inside the store and it was around 8:30 PM, i asked a question, she told me let me wear my sunglasses at first to be able to talk, she couldnt even walk, she was swaging while walking! So rude ! Unhelpful! :o

Staff here is very unhelpful. And bad at sales. If I show you what I’m looking for and you don’t have it maybe you should suggest something. I worked in retail for many years and I think that’s just a basic skill.

I only shop at this location if Im in the area or they have exactly what I want. The store is on the small size. Staff does an average job on helping you. They don’t carry a lot of stuff you’d see at the other locations. Their staff doesn’t have great product knowledge. Ive called looking for a jacket and the sales girl had left me on hold for 8 minutes (I hung up) while she attempted to look up the jacket online. Id suggest the Glendale Americana location over this one.

The store is great and clothes are awesome, but the girls are way too salesy. They hound you from the minute you walk in the door. UGH

Salesgirl was way too pushy. She wouldn’t leave me alone. Left as soon as I could escape.

Great selection and the staff was very helpful. It has improved significantly.

They did have racks of clearance stuff. Stuff around $ 70. I guess this was a bargain?
I think I’ll stick with buying shoes and bags from Macy’s where I can get a heavy discount without the attitude from the clerks who did not greet me when I was in the store.

3 stars for the clothing– the dresses are beautiful. I’m too short for a lot of them but that isn’t BCBG’s fault.
1 star off due to the sales staff. One star off for the attitude. The manager was great but the rest of the sales staff was a bit harsh for lack of a better word. I think I may have counted 1.5 smiles from the girl that helped me. Once I bought the dress she softened up but honestly if your job makes you that unhappy maybe you should choose a different line of work.
The second star deduction comes from the sales staff not making the return policy clear. I understand that the policy is indicated on the receipt but when one patron’s purchase is generally in the mid-​high hundreds they could at least utter the words «no refunds» before accepting payment. I bought a dress for someone, it didn’t work out, so I went to return it. I was extremely annoyed after finding out I couldn’t get my cash back.
Again the clothes are cute, so shop here, just remember that you better like what you get a lot or be okay with getting store credit in 10 days or less.

First of all, I’m glad to have a BCBG boutique nearby. In most cases, it prevents me from having to search department stores to find a piece I want from this designer. Visiting the Paseo Colorado shopping center can be a chore due to parking issues during peak times, but the handful of great shops there make it worth the hassle.
The service at this BCBG location is spotty. Sometimes the sales staff are fantastic, but then there are others who display a truly unnecessary level of aloofness. Maybe some day they’ll realize this isn’t a couture brand! In any case, if you’re a busy professional who also likes to have fun, this is where you’ll end up shopping.
Designs range from quasi conservative suits with unexpected flair to flashy evening gowns, with tons of excellent every day choices in between. I think their regular pricing is too high, but items are later discounted from 30−75% and you can get some amazing deals if you check the clearance rack frequently.
The trick is to know when to buy and when to wait. Sometimes you can gamble and lose, and other times you’ll hold out and get the item you wanted at a fair price. Another tip: Try things on that you initially don’t find that attractive. There have been many items that shocked me by looking gorgeous on, but that I hardly gave a glance to on the rack.
BCBG will keep you looking sexy and stylish for any occasion, but try to put in a little extra effort to be be a smart shopper, otherwise you can expect to leave this store with an empty wallet. PS: What they say about their horrible return policies are true. Buy carefully!

I will definitely have to say, I have also loved BCBG. I grew up wearing BCBG Girls and BCBG clothing, shoes, bags, etc. But I was really upset after I walked out of this store with this beautiful dress… and i’ll tell you why.
1^st, the service is good, not great. But I have to admit, the manager was wonderful. The only sad thing is, when i bought my dress, I had no idea the return policy was 10 days, exchange or store credit only. YOU CANT EVEN GET A REFUND! The sales girl told me I could return it the next day for a full refund if I found another dress to wear to my company party.
2^nd, not even a week later, Macy’s had the same exact dress in ALL SIZES for $ 65 less than what I bought it for. Let me tell you, BCBG ensured me this was a brand new dress that just came out the day i bought it. SOL right? If you look on
. You have 30 days for a full money back. I called the store and head quarters to get a price match.
End of the story… SOL. I really think BCBG is slowly dying. Pretty soon you’ll only see them in stores and not in their own store.

I was so sad! I thought this was BCD! Not BCBG. Looked nice but definitely doesn’t fulfill a man’s appetite.

This store as well as Anthropologie are probably the two stores I shop at most. Interesting because they seem to reflect contrasting tastes… well, it works for me. I love this store because they have classic styles that fit. I’m a huge fan of their dresses — not so much the evening gown dresses (I don’t have anywhere to wear them to), rather the night out on the town/​cocktail dresses. Their skirts are flattering and their tops are comfortable, classy, and chic. They’re trendy, but not overtly.
I took one star out for the moderately high prices. You can’t return anything — rather you can only get store credit. So if you like something, you better like it or you better know you’ll like something else there to exchange it with.
