I have recently tried going back to Parsippany’s Best and it seems as though they are turning it around. Parsippany’s Best was incredible when it opened but then took a sharp turn for the worse when the original managers left. It seems as though some new good staff members are bringing it back. The Drunken Grandma is still one of the best pizza’s anywhere. I wish them luck.

Best pizza in NJ, hands down. The best slice I’ve had in jersey served by a welcoming group of gentleman. I ordered the balsamic chicken slice and it had probably more cheese then an entire pizza pie outside. If you love cheese, this is the place for your pizza needs. Also the slices are huge, so come hungry. I had two and it was the best stomach filling experience on a budget. We got 3 slices total and garlic knots for $ 11, can’t get better then that. I’ll definitely be back, hopefully soon.

Customer service: 5 stars Pizza: 5 stars I was around the area and stopped by here for lunch! The guys that work here are a friendly bunch. They gave their opinions about the best seller pizzas and I’m glad I took their advice. I had the drunken grandma slice. It was delicious! The slice was big and hearty. There was a lot of cheese on it! I also had garlic knots. These garlic knots are the biggest I’ve ever seen and had. They were garlicky flavor and very filling. I highly recommend if you’re around the area. The guys are very friendly and family like and you won’t be disappointed!

Great pizza, but it was such terrible service. The guys working behind the counter seemed very engrossed in what was on the tv. It was extremely slow service. Food is great, just wish customer service matched it.

Been ordering from here for some time and they have been consistently good. A couple of times the delivery guy didn’t take care and the pie was smashed, I called and they came out replaced it free of charge. Would definitely recommend this spot.

I really use to love this place. This was my go to for Pizza. The past 6 months, maybe they have been to busy for the demand, however, the quality has kind of sunk a little bit and the food isn’t as amazing as it was when they first opened, however, they still have good food and it is really a great price just not the same though.

I ordered from them a ton in the past with all great experiences. We haven’t ordered in a couple of months and were excited to tonight. First placing my order wasn’t like usual. Usually the people are pleasant. This time whoever the guy that answered was needs classes in customer service. Asked me for my number and after the area code sounded rude saying«you are going to fast.» After I gave my number he asked if I ordered before from them. I said yes but changed my home number. I could hear him grunt on the phone and say he needs the number I use to have. Now to the food. The eggplant rollatini was great. We ordered the fat bastard sandwich well over 10 times and were never disappointed, until now. Sandwich had what appeared two French friesand no chicken. It had a lot of steak and onion rings, and what tasted like a weird bbq sauce when it was suppose to have mayo. It was like a sweet cheesesteak. The breaded veal sandwich is dripping with olive oil and no sign of balsamic. Not sure what happened to this place but I am hoping it was an off night.

The last couple of times I ordered lunch & dinner from here the food was excellent… but not TODAY!!! I ordered a Cobb salad with ranch dressing. After it was delivered I noticed I did not have eggs or ranch dressing. Also my co-worker ordered a chicken parm sandwich and she received a chicken broccoli rabe sandwich. Another co-worker ordered chicken fingers with fries. The french fries were horrible. I think they were cooked in old grease. I know every restaurant have their bad days but too many things went wrong this afternoon.

Not sure what is happening lately — but not happy. Now they are charging delivery fee’s for Lake Hiawatha, which is ten minutes away — if that. Also, my large cheese pizza I received last night, was more like a ten inch pizza. What’s up with the baby slices? Furthermore, both my pizza and buffalo chicken salad arrived COLD. Edit: after my last review, one of the owners contacted me via Unilocal.Call me impressed. He said to call and he would make things right. At first, I was just going to call it a wash and continue to order, because the food is good. Also, I dont like accepting free things. So…I continue to order without mentioning anything. I spent $ 45, then another $ 30(rough amount) the following week. The last time I decided I do deserve the credit so, I asked for the owner and was told he would call me back. Well one email, one phone call and two orders later — I HAVENOTHEARDANYRESPONSE. They simply could have credited my card the promised amount to make things right. That takes five seconds. That didn’t happen either. I am done with this place. The food is good, but apparently they no longer value their customers. I am a repeat customer and the person who wrote the first two five star reviews for this place. Oh well — their loss. Moving along to somewhere else…

Absolutely amazing food and service! The first time we ate from here we dined in. The staff was beyond accommodating and impressed me so much with their hospitality and kindness to my 5 year old son and I. The staff was joking with him and took care of us very well. They had an eclectic and appetizing array of pizza on display when we were there as well. Ordered delivery tonight and could not have been happier. Their wings are awesome and their chicken ala vodka parmigiana sub is out of this world. I would recommend this place to everyone, especially those looking for delicious spins on classic Italian food!

Checked this place out due to the positive reviews and I’m glad I did! Got the grandma slice with vodka sauce, white slice, and a rice ball. Each slice was flavorful, not too much oil, and the thin crust held up very well. The rice ball was presented in a pretty way and was pretty good. Would definitely come back the next time I am craving pizza!

Ordered a fresh grandma pie and was rather disappointed. It was like eating rubber. I don’t know f they were not using fresh dough or if it was overlooked. But if this is «the best» pizza in town then we’re doomed!

We probably won’t be back here, at least for a long, long time. A wedding to the area brought us right across the street at the Holiday Inn. But I felt compelled to write a review because of how well we treated and the fact that the pizza was incredible. Before we started our four hour journey home, we were both craving«NY style» pizza and didn’t want to have to stop off in Manhattan for it. I called them up in advance to ask that very question about their style of pizza and the guy seemed to be thrown a bit by what I was requesting. To whomever answered your phone, this is about NY style as it gets. :) I get how it would be tough to idealize something without stepping outside of your own area but there is NY, Cali and Chicago styles, and then there is every other crappy kind around the country in between. Our order was ready in less than 10 minutes and as we arrived, we struck up a conversation with a nice gentleman about the area and his business. After we received our pie, we hit the road. The crust was perfectly chewy, the sauce a wonderful balance of sweet and savory and the cheese, not greasy at all like I saw others say(you do realize cheese has a high fat content, right?). Anyway, our experience was very pleasant and I can’t say enough good things about this hidden gem inside of a strip mall. Keep doing what you’re doing guys, kudos for making some great NY pizza in the Jerz!

I really don’t get why people are so excited about this place. I’ve been to it twice and tried their pizza slices and they were very average. Greasy with not the best or the freshest ingredients. Not sure if you order the whole pizza, it comes out better than the slices. Every pizza with chicken that I tried had a strange taste. Not sure if the chicken was cooked before it was fully unfrozen or something else, but it didn’t taste fresh. The place itself is clean and the service is very friendly. You can also see that they are trying really hard to serve the customers.

We ordered delivery from here last night and it was so good! The food arrived on a Friday night within 45 minutes and the food was still hot. I ordered the linguine carbonara with mushrooms(actually got it because I saw another review with a picture of it and needed to try it asap) and my boyfriend ordered the honey chipotle bbq wings and antipasto salad. LETMETELLYOU. I literally said«THISISSOGOOD» like 4 times while we were eating. My pasta had bacon, peas, onions, and the additional mushrooms I ordered all in a yummy cream sauce. Delicious! I didn’t even need to add any additional seasonings like salt or garlic. It was perfect how it was. I also tried one of my boyfriend’s chicken wings and it was also fantastic. My portion was so big that I am having the leftovers tonight for dinner(sitting at my desk at work right now looking forward to going home to eat it!) If you are from out of town or a local that’s never tried this place, I’d say give them a shot. We were very satisfied :)

The pizza is good! I like their variety of specialty pizzas. The place itself is cute and the people who work there are pretty nice. This will be the place we order from whenever we want delivery and I am definitely satisfied with that.

Was just going in for a slice or two and decided to grab dinner. Started with a new slice just because I’ve never had this before, shrimp arribiata… Wow, so good. Than comes the fettuccini carbonara… It’s like a pound of pasta in the most amazing cream sauce with bacon, peas and onion. The lovely wife had ravioli in vodka sauce. 9 rav’s. No skimping at this place. Everything was a huge hit. Friendly service. I’ll be back. You should give it s try … Sooooo good.

I’ve lived in Parsippany for 3 years, and I still did not have a go-to pizza place for delivery. My favorite pizza in the area is in Boonton, but they are closed Sundays and Mondays and only do pickup. I tried other pizza places in Parsippany and always felt something was missing. So I decided to give Parsippany’s Best a chance. I liked the Angelo’s pizza joint that was in the same spot when I first moved here, but never went back after they closed and Parsippany’s Best took over. I went in for a couple slices one day and was pleased, the slices were served piping hot instead of just warmed up. Yeah I had to wait a minute to eat them, but I like it that way. So I figured it was worth trying them for delivery. I ordered a plain pie well done and pepperoni bites for delivery. They told me 40 minutes, the driver was at my door in 25! Unexpected but definitely a good thing. The pizza was still hot when he got there, which usually isn’t the case with delivery from other locations in the area. The pepperoni bites were ok, not enough pepperoni for my taste, but my guess is they are pre-packaged from their food supplier of choice. The pizza though was better than when I got a slice. It was exactly what I expected for a well done plain pie. My only reason for leaving off a star is that the pepperoni bites were just ok and I would have preferred a little more salt in the cheese on the pie, otherwise an excellent experience. My girlfriend and I now have a go-to place for delivery or a quick pickup.

So I’m a little skeptical at the raving reviews this pizzeria has received given certain individuals profiles but that all to the side. I thought the pizza was pretty much comparable to most other pizzeria’s in the area which is fine because we have descent pizza in the area. I also tried the Marlon Brando sub sandwich and thought that was pretty good, roughly $ 12 for a 12 inch sub which had mozz, roasted peppers, italian meats… etc. Overall I will try it again and update my review, maybe next time I’ll dine in.
