Do NOT use this lender. Great job convincing you they are the lending group to work with. Sent all my personal financial information. They had my home appraised which cost more than originally stated. Asked repeatedly for a copy of my home appraisal over several months and I never have received a copy. The loan did not go through and attempts to clarify and update have gone without a response. Frankly I think this company is a scam — BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Do NOT use this lender!!! We finished a purchase transaction at the end of January and the broker we used went thru Maverick Funding Corp. for our loan. These people were idiots (Except the wholesale lending manager). We had all our paperwork to them weeks before we were expected to close and they still could not close our loan on time. In fact, we were forced to move all of our belongings into storage and live with a friend (we are a family of 4) for 2 and a half weeks, essentially leaving me and my 2 kids homeless, before they could get our loan closed. They turned what was supposed to be a 30 day escrow into 45 days because of their incompetence. There was nothing wrong with our loan or our paperwork, they just didn’t know what they were doing. WORST lender I have ever dealt with.
