Jolie Femme Nails

I recently had a gel manicure and it was perfect and I can be very fussy. The color was perfect and the gel was smooth and even. I was also treated to a lovely neck and shoulder massage. The price I believe was competitive and its been over a week and they still look like when I walked out. I am very pleased. Ruth

I understand they are moving but I came here for a mani/​pedi and had to sit in an uncomfortable chair with a makeshift tub that vibrates on your feet. I was so disappointed, I almost got up and left. There was no massage during the pedicure or when they sit you down to dry. Ive been here a few times and I’m never really thrilled with the manicures. Now I’ll just go here when I’m in a pinch bc the hours are good and they are open 7 days a week. There are other places close by that are much better.

I literally found this place on mistake.
They are so sweet and friendly, and i can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks.

They do such great work. I get my pink and whites done here and my pedi. My pedi was not a nail job but and experience from beginning to end. Just go, you will not regret it for one min.

This is your average nail salon. Not too friendly, same prices everyone else has but they do have a Tuesday Mani/​pedi combo special for $ 25. Call ahead and make reservations so you aren’t waiting around.

I have been a customer since ⁰⁷⁄₀₈. Michelle (the owner) is the absolute best. Please request Michelle for your Gel Manicure and Eyebrows. She is extremely talented and her work speaks for itself. I have always been completely satisfied with the outcome. I am truly sadden to relocate to Houston b/​c I know it will be difficult to find a replacement that can meet my expectations.
The other staff members, eh I am not to crazy about. I never have been. The male is very particular about his customers and refuses to work on just anyone. His clientele is strictly based on income and it is readily apparent. The other nail technicians are okay. On occasion, I have used different techs in Michelle’s absence and never been satisfied with result, although I never complained either. It was always just okay.
However, I must admit the service used to cater more to customer. Courtesy fresh aloe rubs, back massage while your nails dry, hot towel treatment… etc. The pedicures are definitely rushed. But, I have always been satisfied with the result. However, the facility is clean and they go above and beyond with sterilization for their products.
Michelle is definitely the saving grace of Jolie Femme! That is the ONLY reason I love them.

I’ve been going here for years but their services have deteriorated. They don’t spend too much time massaging your legs the way they used to — they seem to be in a rush to get you done. I’ve been to other salons that make you really pampered. Today, I’ve found a new salon that is much better than Jolie Femme for the same price.

This salon is quite clean and uses instruments that are sterilized. For me, what sets it apart from others is a particularly talented and diligent operator by the name of Maria. Her pedicure is well worth the 35 minute drive I make to get to this shop.

Terrible Gel… Went here on a lunch break to get a quick mani with gel polish, and could not be more disappointed. The gel was watered down and THINNER than regular nail polish. The color on the jar was no where near the color that ended up on my nails. My nails are so unevenly painted and sloppy. My coworker was dissatisfied with her regular mani. Will not go back! Try one of the other nail salons around. Oh and the salon is SUPER small so if you are going to try this place make sure you go at an odd time.

worst pedicure EVER. EVER. half assed, crooked fliing, no massage, cold water, practically threw me out the door at 5 pm closing. maybe other people that work there do better work but i will never again go there to give them a chance it was THAT BAD.
