John is a very nice man but the workmanship is sub-​par. He was hired to re-​grout a shower floor, steam clean two bathroom tile floors and re-​caulk tub and shower areas. The mess he left the first time caused me to call him back to «fix things». He was prompt and courteous but left an even bigger mess the second time. He ruined my brass shower fixtures with acid and a chrome bathtub piece was also destroyed. There is a bleach stain on my hall carpeting which was not there before he came the first time. There are caulking smudges all over both bathrooms (countertops, etc.). There were globs of caulking on the floor, shower curtain and tub. As I said, he’s a nice guy but we would not recommend this company for caulking and re-​grouting.
