First time here after moving back from the Bay Area and I must say that I am very pleased with my experience. At first I wanted to go to the lady but I went to the guy (not sure what his name was but the name placard said Shin). Wasn’t sure what to expect since most places have such a hard time cutting my hair, not sure if its because I have a funny shaped head or whatever. But once I told him how I wanted it he immediately knew what to do! I am definitely coming back to this place for my future cuts now that I’ve found someone that can cut my hair!
Also, the lady was very very very nice and welcoming.

No wash and dry. The Korean lady is very very nice. I think it’s cash only.

My father used to like going here until BENNY was extremely rude to him because we were 6 min late for an appointment.
The problem is my father has Alzheimer’s and has difficulty walking. A little compassion for a LONG time customer would have been appreciated. Never going back here.
