Jim and his Real Estate team helped me with a fairly difficult purchase transaction this year due to clouds on the sellers’ title. There were many issues to be resolved and the opposing attorney was clearly out of their depth. Jim stepped in and get things rolling to have the issues resolved even though this was probably outside of the scope of the buyer’s attorney’s job. He kept on top of the sellers attorney and we were able to close before my mortgage application expired and before we had to move out of our current house. Through the whole stressful ordeal Erin and Dina were very supportive and responsive. Jim also represented us in selling the old house and that went very smoothly. I will definitely be using Jim and his team again if I run into a situation requiring it.

I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault. I was dealing with my car insurance Co. Trying to do a PIP case. I suffered severe whip Lash & tried to get treatment for my injuries. My insurance Co. Was taking very long to approve my treatments. I got tired of waiting on them called the JCD group. Met a lovely P.A. Danielle who assisted me and is handling my claim. She introduced me to Mr. DeZao Sr. Within hours I was getting treatment they called a DR. Directly on his cell I was admitted and already getting treatments. This is amazing I have gotten further with this firm than my insurance did in two months of me waiting on them. I highly recommend this group your in good hands.
