Food: Good for a diner. Hearty. Hits the spot after a day of skiing. Service: Excellent. As friendly as it gets! Value: Excellent. Atmosphere: Old-school diner. Great people watching — frequented by real rural Utah locals — old ranchers in cowboy hats!

Driving through thought we’d give it a shot. So glad we did. Cozy, friendly, the menu had a good variety, family oriented, great service. The homemade soup & homemade rolls were SO good. I’m posting a picture of the sky high, delicious, hot rolls, they were just that good! The price was very reasonable as well. This is officially our spot to stop when driving through from now on! Marla, the waitress is wonderful too! :)

Visiting from Southern California and went on Unilocal to find a good restaurant. We read the reviews and rolled the dice on the Parowan Café; we were not disappointed. We went in on a Monday evening expecting the place to be dead. .. . it was slammed. The one server was running at full tilt and she did a yeoman’s job. Though the food was – across the board – great, the 10″ pancakes deserve special mention; one of my daughters had pancakes for dinner and it was one of the best tasting flap jacks we have ever had. My wife raved about it all the way home.

We stopped here based on a recommendation from a local. I ordered the veggie omelet with a side of bacon. The omelet arrived scorched inside and out. Inside of the omelet were chopped tomatoes and avocado with 2 slices of unmelted Swiss cheese. The extra crispy hash browns were quite the sight?! They were mushy and didn’t have the appearance or texture of hash browns. The side of bacon was limp! Now how can you possibly ruin an over easy egg that my husband ordered! Well it was more like over-hard.

Such friendly staff and patrons! Great place to stop in on a trip to and from Bryce. Glad we went a little bit away from the main Bryce towns to satisfy our hunger from our Bryce hikes. All the other places we found on Unilocal looked super sketch. We ordered the omelets(that come with huge pancakes). Afterward, heard locals say they got the best in the area. Glad to find this gem in the little small town USA!

Really great, friendly service, wife had the soup of the day(Italian meatball) she loved it. I had the fried chicken dinner, which was a little over done and greasy but tasted was okay. We will probably try breakfast here on the way out of town.

Not really what I would expect from a local, small town café. The ambiance is nice. The place is quaint. The service is good. But the food is really mediocre. The quality of ingredients is surprisingly low. I had a sandwich and a salad. The sandwich came with what seemed like processed Swiss cheese, and the salad was one of those typical prepackaged, iceberg lettuce and purple cabbage salads, with some chicken on top. It’s one of the only restaurants in the town, so definitely worth eating at if you have no other options, but they have room to improve.

We were looking for a simple meal during our drive from Denver to Las Vegas and the Parowan Café was perfect! Breakfast served all day and delicious fried chicken. Huge portions, friendly staff, and they even filled our water bottles before we got back on the road. Excellent choice if you’re driving I-15 and are looking for a non-chain option. As my 8 year old said, «My favorite thing was all of it.»

Five meals and all were great. The service rocked! Will definitely do again. Beefy noodle to die for! Happy waitresses. My favorite sandwich: turkey, avocado on sourdough.

I’ve been here oodles of times, and it never fails me. Some good home cooking that always leaves me satisfied. Last time I went in, Jenni helped us(who is smokin hot by the way) and she was exceptionally friendly. I’ll always be a repeat customer here when I pass by. Aaaaaand I may call ahead to see if Jenni is working ;)

The most welcoming and friendly staff(hostess and chef). LOVED the small town feeling. Portion sizes were gigantic! The pancakes alone could feed an army. Hash in the breakfast burrito highly recommended

Stopped by late one night driving through. Even though it was a few minutes before they closed they happily let us in. I ordered French toast(they serve breakfast all day) and my kids ordered pancakes. The pancakes were HUGE — like the size of a large plate! And super fluffy. Nice cozy feel. We all thought it was really good and the waitress was very friendly.

Disappointing late lunch. The salad was not fresh. The lettuce was brown and wilted in some spots and pink in others. The BLT was very basic, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and bacon on toast, no choice of bread, a foil packet of mayo on the side. Fries were okay. Service was fantastic though!

We love cafes in small towns. Why? Because they usually make their food, don’t micro wave it or have it frozen and instead, it’s home made. On the way back to Cedar City, we wanted a late lunch/early dinner so we stopped in. They had a special sandwich– chicken Cordon Bleau-deep fried chicken breast with ham and cheese, French fries and a choice of soup or salad. Soup of the day was creamy potato and ham, demand that was some of the best soup I’ve had in years! My wife got the chicken fried steak and she said it was excellent. This is simple but awesome home cooking

These guys get five star for their food and service! It’s a local spot and thanks to Unilocal we were able to check them out and had their delicious breakfast. Everything we ordered tasted fresh. The eggs tasted like they just picked them up fresh from the farm. The bacon was from a slaughtered pig this morning LOLJK about that. It was really fresh. Didn’t taste like meat that was sitting there for awhile. Potatoes were fresh and just cut up for our order kinda spot. When we walked in there everyone was so welcoming. Our server was super friendly and she noticed my daughters SF Giants jacket and complimented us on the jacket. We found out she’s a fellow Bay Area native. BAYAREA! LOL We all ordered omelets. Bacon, tomato, Swiss and added avocado. This was so good. LOL Crab, avocado, Swiss My son said it was hella good. It tasted fresh! Steak omelette My husband killed it LOL He said the eggs and meat were super fresh. He like to potatoes too. French toast I wish I ordered a full order instead of ½. It was that good! Pancakes WELP yall are going to have to try it. It was bomb. Everything was bomb! Breakfast that is. I’ll have to come back and try their other stuff.

This is the cutest and most welcoming café! We stopped here on our way through town for some coffee and dessert and we felt so welcome. The people were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. Similarly, their food was amazing! We caught them on a day where their dessert was cinnamon raisin buns/rolls and they were incredible! Definitely homemade and delicious! Would definitely recommend this café to anyone who wants small town friendliness and delicious home cooking!
