It is what it is. a Days Inn. Pool was closed indefinitely, The Laundry was out of order, and the ice machine was broken. Nobody would answer the phone and we didn’t bother to try the continental breakfast. They allowed pets that was the draw. The Wifi worked well. Next time I will go to Cedar City 20 min. away or Panguitch when I travel to the area.

Definitely a little creepy but overall a nice hotel for how cheap it is. Btw, love the pink walls!

As far as motels go. you can’t beat the price and location of this place. Just 15 min from Cedar City and right by the Gap Petroglyphs. It’s clean and seems to be a safe area. I will say this tho… If you are at all weird about«dated» motels… you might be turned off. It’s a great place to stay for a night. Bathrooms are small. Beds good enough. And free breakfast that is okay… but hey… it’s free! They have cereal, sausage patties, eggs & waffles. We stayed for 1 night, 2 rooms with 4 in each room for less that 1 night in 1 room at Holiday Inn. If you can get past the fact that it’s run by a very small staff(i think 3 folks do cleaning, desk & bkfst area) and that it’s not as updated as many hotels these days… you will find yourself saving A LOT of money for a clean and safe place to lay your head and shower. We would stay here again.

Family recently took over this days inn and have already made great improvements. A little worried driving up, almost went to look for something else but had already paid for the room, checked in with a friendly man, his daughter went to go check our room. To the right is a clean, quaint breakfast area as well as a full size pool table and tv available to the left of the lobby. Bed and TV were brand new, furniture is outdated but functional, indoor pool and spa– both a nice size except spa didn’t get very hot. Very close to different dining choices and Main st. For the price you can’t beat it, everything you need, neat and clean.

I’ve been coming up and staying at the Days Inn well before it was actually«the Days Inn.» My husband and I would stay here when it was Jedediah’s inn. It has switched ownership a couple times since we’ve been going there but I have to say it is going downhill. The rooms haven’t been fixed or updated in years the mattresses are all caving in and the accommodations are less than to be desired. We generally would stay here not because it’s a five-star resort but because it was affordable and it was comfortable. But with the mattresses caving in it’s not so comfortable anymore. The other benefit two days and was the continental breakfast every morning. Which offered obviously a lot of selections from cold cereals oatmeal waffles to fresh fruit. All I was able to indoor eating was fake eggs and around greasy sausage. There was no oatmeal not a selection of cold cereal and there was no fresh fruit except bananas. I’m a business owner and I understand that times are hard. And I also understand that Brian head resort just did $ 3 million worth of upgrades to bring people Up the mountain. But you still have to dig deep in the wallet on occasion to upgrade therefore by doing so you can capture more business in charge better prices. I feel like the Days Inn does not need another owner, however it does need management teaching skills and hotel ownership skills to be brought to the table. Maybe they can hire the guy on travel Channel to revamp their business!

This motel was GREAT. I would stay here again for skiing in Brian Head. I recommended it to my sister for her next ski trip. The breakfast includes waffles, hot and cold cereal, egg patties, sausage, etc. It was perfect to fuel up on some calories before skiing. They kept everything stocked constantly– better than some restaurant waiters! We stayed two nights and the owners were very accommodating and friendly even though we got in very late. The rooms are dated, but comfortable and had lots of space. This is my new go-to ski trip motel.

This is the only hotel in the town so it works. It is right across from a supermarket and a pizza place… further up into town you can find more. The town is really small so getting around from this hotel is easy and it’s right off the main road and I-15. Overall it’s ok, it does have a pool which is a plus! It is rather dated with the décor and bedding and everything, but not the worst I have seen. The room seemed clean and it did have a fridge in the room. The room was also really big, we got the king size bed room. Checking in was fast and easy enough and there is free wifi and free breakfast.

It’s a MOTEL! What do you expect? There was cable, a bed, a mini fridge, free wi-fi and free breakfast! This place got the job done. We opted to stay here while going up to Brian Head instead of staying with a bunch of other friends on the mountain. I made my reservation for a two bedroom and I said there would be two people. When I checked in, I said there were now three of us, so there was an extra charge for the third person. I don’t really understand that since there were two queen beds which would fit four people, but whatever. The free breakfast in the morning will feed you but don’t expect any extra thrills — plus it’s free so don’t complain. I would definitely stay here again if I were looking for a cheap place before hitting the mountain!

There is absolutely nothing to do in Parowan but rest. This is a solid place for what it’s for. If snowboarding/skiing is your main objective, this is a perfect spot to lay your head. Inexpensive and has all the amenities for a good night’s sleep. It sits close to the base of the mountain in Parowan. Pretty much just a hop, skip, and a jump away before you’re snowboarding or skiing in Brian Head. We ended up staying here instead of sharing a room with a bunch of heads on the mountain. I’ve stayed on the mountain before with hunger taking over. When the park closes, there are no places to get grub. We’ve had to drive all the way down to the base to find grub. Two gas stations where you can find something, or a truck stop down yawnder on the I15 is what Parowan offers when everything is closed. Day’s Inn is a great alternative to staying in a cabin/room on the mountain. While staying at the Inn, food was much closer than that of the cabins/rooms on the mountain. I like this convenience since I’m always hungry. Clean sheets, clean room, and continental breakfast in the morning. EYELIKA!

Stayed here while skiing at Brianhead resort which is likely why anyone would stay here as there is just about NOTHING in Parowan. However, it’s only about a 20 minute drive up the mountain to the slopes which makes this location an ideal alternative to the more expensive options topside. The room was clean but straight out of that 1990 southwestern décor phase of green an mauve. Remember that? Be prepared for Pepto Bismol pink walls, green carpeting and green drapes. The bathroom facilities were very aged but still clean and functional. They are obviously taking care of what they have, but decidedly against much of a remodel just yet. At least in our room(211). The TV set had many channels, but sadly more than half of them were as snowy as the storm outside. We advised the desk about this but they were unable to remedy the situation. On a positive note we experienced some really excellent service when we called the front desk for more towels. I barely put the phone down and they were knocking at the door delivering them. No kidding, it was like 3 minutes later. The indoor pool and hot tub were in a separate building across the parking lot. With temperatures running about 20 degrees and snowing, we opted out of using them. Or family of 4 enjoyed the free breakfast. The kids in particular LOVED using the waffle maker to make fresh ones. They said it was the best waffles they ever ate. Also available were egg patties, sausage patties, a variety of cold cereals, fruit, oatmeal packets, bagels, and juices. All in all this Days Inn was a mixed bag of good and not so good. However, we were looking for a cheap place to crash while on a ski trip and this place fit the bill. If you’re not too picky you might be OK with it too.

For around $ 50 a night(weekday), Days Inn is a cheap alternative to staying on the mountain for people that are visiting Brian Head Resort. There is a complementary breakfast offered in the mornings… which consisted of bagels, cereal, packages of oatmeal, some egg and sausage patties, coffee, juice and tea. The rooms have definitely seem some use, but they get the job done. Having a microwave, coffee maker and mini-refrigerator in the room is really nice since Parowan has a pretty limited selection when it comes to places to eat. There is a small grocery store right across the street as well. We could have used some more towels, the room had 2 large but rather thin bath towels and two smaller hand towels, but otherwise there wasn’t much I could complain about even if I wanted to. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi on site, and also a pool table in the main office for guests to use. Overall, if you are just looking for a simple and inexpensive place to sleep, shower and store your stuff when you are skiing or snowboarding at Brian Head, Days Inn is a decent option.
