I’m writing this review about my security deposit that’s being held by Henderson&Webb. I lived there for exactly 1 year, paid my rent by direct deposit, always on time and never missed a payment. Upon leaving I even had a company come in and clean my carpet. I read a company has up to 45 days to return your deposit. My question would be WHY? If I was a bad tenant I would understand but why punish a good tenant by holding there money for 45 days. Will never get my business again.
