This place is disgusting. If we want TB, we go to Lincoln and Yosemite. Every time we have ordered from here it’s like dog food in stale shells, and they freak out if you ask for extra sauce. I prefer Tinas microwave burritos over this location.

I was less than impressed with the customer service I recover today. YES, I know this is Taco Bell and my standards shouldn’t be too high but hear me out. Today I went through the drive through and placed my order. I try to be courteous and upbeat knowing that people working the drive through tend to get some not-so-nice people that come through. The teenage boy who worked the window, repeated back my order and told me to go to the second window in a sarcastically nice way. Not in the overly nice customer service way, but in a way that made me feel mocked. I thought he may have just been friendly but after my interaction with him at the window, I was less than impressed. He handed me my drinks, one of which was dripping in soda. He handed me my bag and told me «have a good night.» Before he shut the window I asked if I could get some hot sauce. He scoffed at me, rolled his eyes, and once again told me with an attitude to «have a good night.» I am a frequent customer of this Taco Bell but the teenage boys who work there constantly struggle with customer service. I will no longer frequent this Taco Bell because the attitude I get for ordering nicely just isn’t worth it to me.

This Taco Bell sucks, poor quality and the didn’t give us all the food we paid for. I like Taco Bell but this one is the worst I have ever been to.

ZEROSTARS. I am seriously the only one in the drive-thru and the restaurant part was closed… so how do you get a simple order wrong? And I overly tried to be friendly with the guy, thanking him and everything. That’s how people are in Parker… friendly and courteous. The guy didn’t even respond and shut the window as soon as he practically slung the bag at me. It was almost like I was putting them out for coming there. This Taco Bell has NEVER been good, and the community knows it. Sure they still get the business but noone enjoys going there. They need new owners, new management, new employees.

Tonight, I stood at the counter and waited 10 minutes for someone to pay attention to me and take my order. Three zit faced highschooler’s we’re very visible in the back cooking chicken and making tacos, and some guy walked right past me to throw the trash didn’t even acknowledge me. I kept yelling, «hello hello is anybody there to take my order?» Next thing I knew, someone appeared, took my order; my number was called and of course everything was all wrong. It figures!!!

Headline: Good reminder of why I shouldn’t eat fast food. The food was consistent with every other taco bell, average and cheap. I was disappointed that they didn’t put napkins, straws, or sauce. But oh well I get what I pay for.

This Is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I pulled up to the drive-through and it took 15 minutes to mess up my order. I then had to park and go inside to battle with the manager to get my money back because apparently they do not know how to add up my order. After another 10 minutes I received my money back and left to go to another nearby restaurant. I gave them another shot two days later and they were unable to fulfill my order once again. Every time I have come here I have only ordered a couple of things. This is the worst run restaurant I am ever been to! I will never go here again and I will go out of my way to tell people not to go to this restaurant! Whoever manages this restaurant needs to be fired! And they need to re-hire staff in order to make this place right. I will never go here again, and I will make sure that no one else goes here again! Fire the manager/general manager of this area because it is so awful!!! I will drive five extra miles to go to a Taco Bell that is worth a shit. This place is the devil! I am not the type of person to completely complain about it a place, but after speaking to multiple people we all agree this is the worst Taco Bell in the region. Do not go to this Taco Bell!!!

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Pretty much the same where ever you go. BUT This Taco Bell also has a KFC. Pretty cheap food, standard Taco Bell Prices. They only have Pepsi(not Diet Coke) which is disappointing, but I guess that’s why sonic has $ 2 large drinks across the street. A lot of different Taco Shell flavorings, very neat. It’s always been pretty good when I’ve been. We went to Taco Bell on the way to my appointment last week and got breakfast. Pretty good breakfast items if you’re in a hurry. The little cinnamon bites are very good and sweet. KFC has nice biscuits too.

It’s Taco Bell. You get what you’d expect. I’d say this location is a bit slower then most and the customer service isn’t top notch. But in a pinch on money or time and thing will fill the void. Keep your expectations low and enjoy.

Tuesday night 6:58 pm ordered 2 chicken littles, large side of mashed potatoes and 2 soft tacos. 20 mins later I still do not have food… Nine people ahead of me. Service could not be slower at this store. Always have to double check order because it’s wrong 99% of the time. This is not FASTFOOD. This is snail food. Don’t come here of you’re in a hurry. Why didn’t we just drive the extra mile and a half to Chick-Fil-A? We will remember that next time.

This Taco Bell is just fine! I was worried about it when I saw the ratings… But the food so far has been made properly and tastes good! Taco Bell is Taco Bell guys. And this is a good one.

It’s a Taco Bell folks. What is up with all these negative reviews? Yes, this is Parker, but… It is a Taco Bell. With a drive thru. That my kids love. I don’t have to eat it… I just have to drive. And the Loaded Grillers are like $ 1. $ 1.00 And they have a KFC… …Which I’m old enough to still call, «Kentucky Fried Chicken.» Cheap eats when dad doesn’t feel like cooking.

Service is extremely slow through the drive through and the food is always incorrect. If you try to call and let them know they never answer the phone. Someday I will learn my lesson and stop going here.

I think I just stop here for convenience because the food isn’t great. I get a taste for one of the products but regret it after the first bite. It’s either too dry, overcooked, old, or a combination.

Man is this place the worst. But it does serve a purpose, kind of like that slug on the inside of your aquarium. I would never try the chicken, and the Toxic Hell I’ve had here have been very questionable. But they have wraps for $ 1 during HH and they do the We Got Tacos thing from the Rockies’ games. So, like I said, it has a purpose and we must respect that. Not like it necessarily, but respect it.

When two people love each other they make a baby that is half of each of them. Then they raise the baby and they do their best to make that baby a even better version of themselves. One day Taco Bell was introduced to KFC, they fell in love and had a crap ton of babies(shhh we aren’t mentioning the KFC and A&W babies around Taco Bell, shes sensitive. and a she). The best part about this love child is the melding of the two parents… IFYOUCOMEHEREYOUCANGETNACHOSANDBISCUITS. It is like heaven with a side of heaven. Can you imagine my joy the first time I realized this was possible? My life changed. How does one go on living in the same way they did before knowing they could clog their arteries with cheese and biscuits all in one drive through?! But the joy soon wore off. On my next visit the unhappy as always drive thru girl burst my little bubble«we are out of biscuits». I wanted to say«well then fine! I don’t want anything!!» but that was a lie. I went home and ate my quesadilla but I was sad. Then the next time all I wanted was the biscuits. I wasn’t really hungry but the boyfriend wanted some Bell and who turns down biscuits?! Well I didn’t need to because once again I was told«we are all out of biscuits» WHATTHEEFFFFFFFF??? Where are the freakin’ biscuits!!! McDonalds doesn’t run out of fries! I never hear«oh sorry were fresh out of cheese» BAKESOMEMOREBISCUITS!!!

Tummy feels crummy! Why did I want to eat here? Its cheap. A co-worker even warned me about this location. Did I heed his warning? No. Should I have listened? Yes! Did I order a chili cheese burrito, two soft tacos, and a beefy crunch burrito. Yes. Did I feel like I had a rock in my stomach afterward, yes. Did I wait for at least ten minutes for my «food». Yes. Was it any good? Um, no. Do you get what you pay for? At this place you sure do!

SKIPTHISPLACE! Went to this location about 4 months ago for grilled chicken for guests that were staying with us and waited in long drive-thru line. Placed the order, and they read it back to me. Got to window and was told AFTERPAYING that they were out of grilled and«hope it’s OK that we substituted original recipe». Um, why could you not have mentioned that when I ordered(and before I waited another 20 minutes and paid??). Last week, I decided to give them another chance and ordered 2 orders of 5-piece hot wings($ 3 each according to both TV and the menu). Was charged $ 7.18 before taxes and had to convince two«window workers» that 2 x $ 3 did not come to $ 7.18 prior to getting a manager. The manager’s greeting to me was hostile and he argued some more that the price was«OK». He finally took $ 1 off(still overcharging by .18), did NOT apologize or admit that a mistake had occurred. The wings were also nasty and bland… I am done with this place. There is another Taco Bell in Parker that is better than this place, and I can certainly live without KFC(I only eat chicken occasionally, and it must be SPICY). Update 6÷19÷2014: have had company from out of town that loves KFC grilled chicken. Was horribly embarrassed when I old them this was the only one nearby, and they went there yesterday at 5p only to discover that they were«all out of grilled» and wanted them to wait 25 – 30 minutes at a freakin fast food restaurant. What’s worse? This is the second time this happened(read above). SHAMEFUL! You might as well go to the Wendy’s across the street and wait in their horrendous line for a baked potato… can’t tell you how many times they are out of those, but at least that is not the primary food they serve. Um, what is that C in KFC… oh, yeah! «We’re out of that»! Oh, and we still go to the other location for Taco Bell.

I agree here with everyone else. This KFC is the worse. The place is ALWAYSDIRTY especially when Pat is the manager on duty. Remember the SNL skits of Pat then you’ll know what I’m talking about. Our food is always tasting old. Especially the biscuits. I swear it’s like eating a BRICK. Last time we went there Pat was managing the place. Some 300 pound girl was sitting on a chair behind the register TXT’ing someone. She was so lazy and too fat to walk that all she could do was take orders at the register while sitting on a chair. I’m serious. She took our order while sitting down and went back to TXT’ing her whoever. NASTY!!!

I’ve been to this location several times and the service is alright. Recently I went back to try the new grilled chicken from KFC, and wasn’t really that impressed. I have to say that the KFC side of this location doesn’t seem like it’s very well/or freshly made from a chain standard; little dry and crusty sometimes. The TB part of this place is pretty good though. I am actually giving this location a decent rating because this is one that uses the Fresco menu. They know how to make things you order off it, and know what it is… which I have found isn’t too common amongst Taco Bell locations I’ve visited. For this, I am incredibly grateful…
