The lack of help on the floor is my main complaint. Service here is good when you’re ready to check out, just hard to find on the sales floor where it seems to be non-​existent. Regardless, they stock the standard office supply items and will typically price match on printer toner and the like. Some items may require a search so if you’re looking for a particular item and you’re pressed for time grab somebody from up front when you first walk in.

The service here is great. At first we were worried because they do need to work on approaching people more quickly, but once they’re helping, they are great. The kid that helped us went above and beyond to take care of us. The prices are are also a lot more competitive than I expected.

Excellent customer service. I’ve been in 3x in the last month, interacting with multiple staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I choose Staples over the Office Depot on 20 mile every time because of the service. Great job!

I love that they offer a lot of green earth friendly office solutions, and how organized it all is!
However the last two times I’ve been in for an order at the copy center at this location they are not organized and nobody can ever find my order. Other locations I’ve never experienced this but Parker twice in a row. NOT impressed.

Don’t waste your time! Have been there twice and experienced dismal service both times. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were having an «off» day. The second time, there were 9 people working there and it took my asking 5 people (and more than 20 minutes of my time) for them to point me to some print forms that were on a display near the printing area. Only the 5th person was even halfway courteous — the others practically growled at me! The cashier was the saddest excuse for a service worker in recent memory! Oh yeah, I was one of TWO customers in the store at the time… must have been making them work too hard LOL!!!

The great thing about this location is that it’s right next to Best Buy so it’s convenient to compare prices. I purchased a keyboard and mouse here because they had what I liked and it was cheaper then next door. This store is relatively small and most days I’d rather drive up to the Office Max in Aurora then shop for office supplies in Parker.
