High Maintenance Nails

I am appalled at these other reviews about Gina. She has been nothing but a professional to myself and my young daughter any time we have been to her for pedicures and manicures. She is hilarious and a super nice person. On top of enjoying her as a person… She does an amazing shellac manicure for me every two weeks!

Just like the other 2 reviews on here, Gina is not a professional. I have a newborn at home and needed a little «me time» and money is tight with the baby so I got on groupon to search around for a pampering deal. I was excited to find high maintenance nails and quickly called to book an appointment. Like the other review she did not call me back so I used the online scheduling tool. I then arranged for childcare so I could go to the appointment and relax. Unfortunately she texted me to cancel the appointment because she was stuck in traffic. I wasn’t upset, I understood things come up so I politely rescheduled the appointment. As The next appointment approaches she once again cancelled on me saying this time she had an emergency surgery and that I could call groupon and get my money back if I wanted. I once again was understanding and rescheduled my appointment. Well today she texted AGAIN saying she needed to cancel my appointment because she was going out of town… Three cancelations??? That is no way to conduct a business. I have never had such bad service with anyone in similar businesses !

I had a horrible experience dealing with this business. Without going into every detail, Gina was extremely unprofessional, gossiped about her other clients to me and no-​showed for my 2^nd appointment! (I’d purchased a certificate for 2 manicures). When I finally reached her after numerous calls she said she didn’t come because she wasn’t making enough money on the deal I purchased. When I told her she could have at least told me her concerns when she scheduled the appointment with me rather than letting me travel there and wait, she then proceeded to call me names, yell at me and when I hung up she proceeded to text me crazy messages. I can’t believe she’s still in business. I also can’t believe I was treated so similarly to the other review noted here. I think she might be a little off to treat customers this way. Craziness!
