Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning

Excellent same day service! The price was what he quoted over the phone. And thankfully no add on selling. I’ll use this service again.

We are SO glad we went with Heaven’s Best! We had just bought our first house, and wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in. We have both carpet and hardwood in our house, so we wanted a service that would do both types well.
First, the man walked through and took measurements, then calculated the total cost. (Hint: you will receive a small discount if the place is vacant.) We walked through everything we wanted done, and he went to work. He found several spots we hadn’t noticed, such as a giant blob of hair spray in the carpet in one of the bedrooms. He also go out what looked like nail polish on the carpet! The wood floors also looked amazing when they were done. They did a cleaning and a polish which made them look new! The carpet rake was also amazing — we are probably going to buy one of our own because it makes the carpet look new!
Wayne was very thorough and polite through the whole process. He kept me informed of what he was doing and let me check out the second floor before he moved to the first floor to make sure everything was to my liking. Our house is about 1900 square feet, and the whole process took about 3 and a half hours. We were so pleased with the outcome — the floors looked brand new! And the best thing — the floors were dry within an hour!
We would totally go with Heaven’s Best again! Very highly recommended!

Got us in quick, worked hard, and was very polite. Did a good job. The cleaning wasn’t perfect, but I don’t know that I can blame Heaven’s Best for that — my carpet is pretty worn out. Overall, I was very satisfied.
