Worst food ever. Service was terrible, the waitress was very slow and rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great service Great margaritas I’d go back if I lived here, but I’m just passing through! Love the new location.

Really enjoyed the tostadas and salsas. They have moved to Riverside at and service was a little slow. We will stop here again when we travel thru Parker.

Staying in our RV for a week here and wanted a good Mexican lunch, found it. I had a combo plate of a taco, enchilada and chili relleno. All of that was good but the best part was the guacamole… the best I’ve ever had and I have tried it at restaurants all over the USA. Service was a little on the slow side but the food made up for it and their prices are reasonable. Would eat here again if ever in the area.

This place has some pretty good Mexican food. The shrimp cocktail is very very delicious! So refreshing and light and they don’t skimp on the shrimp. :) Also their non alcoholic beverages are very good. The Horchata taste homemade. Not at all like the watery stuff you usually get. Also their cherry lemonade taste like a limeade! It’s soooo good I could totally crave that stuff. There is an older Mexican waiter who is very friendly when I go in.:) Beware, holiday are VERY busy.

Um… okay. Nice décor, good margheritas. Service was a bit slow, but friendly. Food was less flavorful than Mayas in Parker. Still, it’s fine. Just not blown away.

My family and I stumbled across this little piece of heaven on a trip from California. Being avid Mexican food eaters we have had quite our fair share of Mexican food. This place met and exceeded all of our expectations. The service was amazing and we received our food so quickly! Everything was delicious and the margaritas were AWESOME. They also have a self serve salsa bar where you can load up on all of their delicious sauces and salsas. Beverages come in large mason jars and you don’t find yourself asking for a refill as often which is definitely a plus. We loved this place so much we came back the next night for dinner round 2. So so good and very reasonable. Will be returning on our next trip to Arizona. Thanks El Sarape!

Really good food and they don’t smother everything with cilantro like most Mexican restaurants these days! Yay! Had the carnitas and it was the bomb! My daughter ordered the ceviche and it looked so good and had the option of no cilantro, so I ordered it to go and had it for lunch! Awesome!!! Had to minus one star for our service. The guy we had didn’t come back to our table unless we sent another waiter to get him! That sucked, cuz we had some issues with drinks, we kept running out! Good stuff! Highly recommended!

reluctanly we give a 3… delicious but somewhat pricey… we are small eaters… we were there for a late lunch… shared the roberta shrimp fish with extra beans and rice… one margarita… good not great. service ok but slow… atmosphere not intimate… room large, cavernous could use more color and décor… kind of like a cafeteria

I will give this a 3.5 stars. Gets the deal. Chips and salsa.terrible. I had a tough time chewing the chips. Super thick, but also either stale or made from rawhide. So you can imagine I had no expectations to find good food, but alas, the good was excellent. Very flavorful, quick, and delicious. Horchata was a tad sugary for my liking, but was good. Hubby loved it. Service was decent, not amazing, but not lacking either. I would eat here again, but skip the chips and bland salsa.(Did get some of the hot salsa from the bar which helped… but still)

I’m going to sum up this place in one word for you all: RACIST. If you’re white, black, indian, asian… anything except Hispanic, then expect to be ignored and abused by the almost comically inept staff at this establishment. I will be honest and admit the food here isn’t bad, I rather enjoy the machaca and the lemonade. That being said, the chips and salsa leave much to be desired. If you are Hispanic and would like to enjoy one of the rare instances of Latino-privilege in this country, then by all means come here. But if you are of any other race and don’t appreciate being treated like a second-class citizen, then try going to Ruperto’s across the street. Also, I just remembered that the salsa bar is almost always cleaned out.

My husband and I had lunch here this weekend. I had a shredded beef taco, tamale and an enchilada. We went to blue water casino after lunch where I spent the first 20 minutes in the bathroom! WILLNOTGOBACK!!!

We ate here Thursday night. I had the tamale plate and they were huge and very good. They just opened their new building. I thought it was very plain like a huge school cafeteria the atmosphere wasn’t very good but I think its the best Mexican food in town

This place was just good. Nothing special. Would not eat here again. The food was bland — no real flavor. Ordered the shrimp fajitas which were not grilled but boiled and the plate did not come out sizzling. Also ordered he chicken chili which was just shredded chicken in a tortilla– deep fried. Nothing special– no flavor. The salsa bar was nice and the iced tea was really good but that’s about it.

One of the best places I’ve ever ate Mexican food. It tastes really really good! The waitress named Andrea was such the sweetest girl in the world and was so nice and helpful. She helped me out so much and was so appreciative. I will come here till the day I die every time I want real Mexican food. I recommend this place to everyone

We went here for dinner on Saturday night, and I was pretty disappointed. Two of my friends ordered chicken flautas, and neither one of them could finish them, as they thought they were so bad. I ordered the carne asada plate, as the chef recommended that it was the best thing there. The meat was ultra thin, very tough, and overcooked. It was more like beef jerky. The only decent part was the tortilla, which was delicious, and home made. I’d skip this place if I were you. There is better Mexican food in town…
