Our experience with Chad started out rocky (the design was late and incomplete) and never fully recovered. He was hard to reach but the «icing» on the cake took place a year after our landscaping was installed. We contacted him about some dead plants that were covered by his guarantee. He promised he’d replace them. When that didn’t happen we replaced them ourselves and sent him a modest bill for the plants only — no labor. We didn’t even ask for ALL the plants that died to be replaced, just two. He said he’d send us a check but that never happened either. I’d go with someone who is better at follow-up and keeping his word.
