About a year ago I had a horrible traumatic experience getting my bottom wisdom teeth extracted.(not at this business) it was so bad that I was terrified to come into a new office and get the top teeth removed. After the surgeon making a few rude comments about the fact I wanted to be completely under(which apparently doesn’t happen unless you go to the hospital), the assistants helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. Despite tears rolling down my face. 30 minutes later i was waking up with no recollection on getting teeth removed! Yay! I was so excited. The oral surgeon did a wonderful job. I have almost no pain, and am very pleased with his work. Thank you, thank you!

Scheduling incompetency! After receiving a text confirmation and a phone confirmation that I have a 7AM appointment, I arrive at the Parker office only to find out that no one is there and the office hours begin at 8AM. How could someone not catch this? The issues just keep coming with Bright Now! Six months ago I arrived at the Highlands Ranch Office only to find out the office was closed due to flooding and they had not called me to reschedule my appointment. I then made an appointment at the Parker office and was able to complete my appt. It appears I have to drive to an office twice to have one appointment completed! Looks like I’ll be looking for a new dentist office I can’t take the waste of my time!

I have had good experiences here before but today was by far the worst time ever and will not be returning. We had a consult today and the assistants were very friendly but when their«insurance coordinator» Brody or Brandon came to talk to us about cost we waited almost 20mins before he came back to the room to discuss it with us and then second he absolutely knew nothing about our insurance was rude and try to talk to us like we didn’t know what we’ were talking about. So we will not brig our family back.

I was a new patient at Bright Now and made an appointment for 4pm. After my exam the hygienist came in and told me I would have to make another appointment for a cleaning since they all left at 5pm and she wouldn’t have time to finish my cleaning by then. The entire staff seemed surprised that I expected a cleaning on the same day as my initial visit. Really Bright Now!?! Who goes to the dentist for just an exam? When they asked me when I would like to make my appointment for the cleaning I told them I wouldn’t be back. Nice job, Bright Now. Way to earn my business. They didn’t seem to care and therefore I can’t trust that they have my best interests in mind. If you’re looking for a new dentist, look elsewhere.

We loved Bright Now dental until today. My boyfriend went in for a tooth extraction, of which was abscessed. After the procedure the doctor wrote him a prescription for pain relievers and sent us on our way. He was supposed to go in to work at noon and we finished the procedure by 10:40 and went back to castle rock where we live and work. When we went in to walmart to get his prescription filled the pharmacist informed us the dentist had written an invalid prescription and they couldnt fill it. The pharmacist attempted to call the dentist and she said no one was picking up so both me and my boyfriend tried calling and getting only a response that all the lines were busy. Finally we made the trip to the castle rock bright now and they said phones were down for both castle rock and parker locations. They called over to the parker location and claimed the dentist would call walmart immediately. After multiple trips between walmart and bright now in castle rock, my boyfriend being 45 minutes late for work and without any relief, me trying to get everything situated, and a 3 hour time span, I sat and waited in the castle rock location until the parker location called the walmart and changed his prescription so it could actually be filled. Staff at the castle rock location seemed to not care and the staff at parker claimed they called walmart once before getting a hold of them and walmart knew nothing about this. Walmart had no idea they had been called before the call that got the prescription finalized, The whole staff of the walmart pharmacy was aware of the situation and even notified their district manager of what was going on. Worst experience of my life and staff couldnt care less that they were causing pain and stress.

Dr. Sampath is a wonderful dentist. She is so friendly and puts you at ease. The staff is super friendly as well and their prices are great. So glad to have found a dentist that does a great job and is affordable.
