I want to like this place. I really do. Bagels are one of my favorite foods and this place makes very good ones. The rating is because of the number of times I’ve come here and they have been out of bagels. This is the fourth time. Today, they ran out before 10:30 am. Seriously, how can a restaurant be called«The Bagel Stop» and be out of bagels before 10:30 am? Last week, I stopped in at noon for a bagel sandwich, and the only bagel left was cinnamon raisin. The food is excellent. However, service is slow and the staff seems indifferent that they don’t have enough food on hand to keep up with demand. Please, please, Bagel Stop, make more bagels! As soon as Einsteins moves to town, this place is going to be out of business.

Update: the crazy pot holes in the parking lot have been filled! We had another amazing experience here this weekend. Be sure to try the breakfast sandwiches, so delicious!

Lox bagel was probably the best I’ve had… Even on a jalapeño bagel lol(they were running low on selection late in the morning)

Stopped by this local bagel shop that is pretty popular in Parker, CO. We ordered two Parker breakfast burritos and a bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon. They run out of bagel flavored pretty regularly, so get there early. Had to go with plain for sandwich(out of sesame). Pros — hot and fresh, good size and value. Cons — no taste in the eggs — Very bland — even with the meat and cheese. No Salt, pepper, sauce. I had to stop and get some salt, pepper and ketchup. Very hot too — be careful first bite of burrito or it will burn your mouth. You’ve been warned!

3 stars because theyve got great prices and great bagels but their service leaves a lot to be desired. I get the impression many of the employees dont really know what doing and they’re often understaffed. If you’re going through the drivethrough expect atleast 5 minutes per car. Ill keep going because the bagels are worth the wait but I wish they’d step up their game.

How many times do I have to say extra extra cheese to get that much cheese? This was my second time here and I always leave disappointed. The quality of their bagels, spreads and salads are good but I think the kitchen staff really don’t care when preparing sandwiches. I asked for double the cheese and got one slice across one half of the bagel. 2nd review. I just left this place. Again, they messed up my order. NEVERCOMINGBACK.

If you want to wait forever to find out they only have 3 types of bagels this is the place for you. First of all we waited for 35 min’s in the drive through with only two cars ahead of us. The girl on the intercom was super disrespectful. I asked for a few different types of bagels, and ever time she would interrupt me say«out of Em». Just terrible; hoping to find a new bagel spot in Parker.

I live in San Francisco and go to Noah’s Bagel there almost daily. During my visit to Colorado, I was desperately looking for a bagel and coffee joint to fill my breakfast needs. Bagel Stop Café’s bagels were delicious and the coffee definitely hit the spot. The café also had free wifi! To top it off, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend their Pepper Jack Bagel with Chive Cream Cheese. So yummy!!!

3rd strike. Not going back. Manager keeps blaming the«crew» but it seems to be a management issue. 20 min wait. Got home and order was wrong. Didn’t want to wait another 30 mins and from past experience they are out of most bagels by this time. On our second sandwich they put such a small amount of bacon I thought someone was chasing the cook when she made it! Owner keeps saying he is fixing things but it’s all the same: slow and not made correctly. On top of all that they stopped taking call ahead for to go order in weekend. Prepare to wait longer. Not sure why they can’t get their act together

Upgraded to 5 stars. I had complained via email and here on Unilocal about this shop always running out of sesame bagels while having several other varieties that never sell out. I got two email responses from the owner the most recent is quoted below. This place has the best bagels in all of CO and for that matter everywhere but some NY shops I’ve been to and a place in WADC Bethesda Bagels. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars because of this owner showing that he cares by his response. If I can usually get my sesame bagel I’ll update to 5 stars. Thank you Mr. Kim! «I have asked my baker to make about 20% more sesame bagels. I will have to see how it goes. If I end up donating excess sesame bagels, I will go back to the previous level. If you could let me know when you would like to come in and get how many sesame bagels, I will save them for you. We make our bagels from the scratch. Flour to baked bagels takes about 80 hours with three different rising temperatures and steps. It is not something that we can crank up baking bagels in a few hours. I am very proud of my baker and his products. Hope this can help you and me in near future.» «Thanks» “Steve“ Mr. Kim seems to have kept his word. I have been back several times since he said he would increase the quantity of sesame bagels and even when we got there late morning there were still some sesame bagels available. My thanks to an owner that is willing to listen and then actually make a change based on customer feedback!!!

Bad customer service is just nature but when a business has repeated bad service something wrong. First went through drive through. It took 20min to get to window with only a few car in front. Received order and noticed right away it was wrong. After telling young lady it’s wrong. She said pull around front we will bring order to you. We indicated we have been waiting 20 min. She was clueless and not knowing what to say. We pulled around front of store to wait. So we waited and waited so they can help all customers in drive through and people who walked in for order first. While still waiting and going on 10 min with fussy kids. Unloaded kids walked in with staff just standing there talking, taking a break looking at my order on counter top. Now if she would have said come in get your food we would have. So pissed I demanded my money back I’m done and once again that look of deer in head lights. While the whole time managers in cleaning table with head down trying to avoid any of this. He even walked by and didn’t say a word and hid in back. Then staff just stands there looking into space. This young lady should be fired. This young woman was very lazy. Did not care about customer service and when something wrong she wanted to avoid all. When they say pull around we will correct and bring to YOU and after 10min your just standing there looking at my order on counter getting cold. In the end never got money back and two cold breakfast sandwiches that where still wrong. Let me just add one more thing. Bagels are good when there not out. Some times they put a good amount of cream cheese on them and other times there’s hardly anything on them. This isn’t just a one time thing either.

Favorite place for breakfast and lunch south of the tech center. The bagels are always delicious and you can’t beat the prices. Try the breakfast sandwich!

I am surprised by the bad reviews — maybe bad luck or we always go at the right time or order the right items? We recently moved to parker and almost didn’t try this place after reading the reviews. I have to say it is the best bagel place we have found yet. The bagels are huge and so are bagel breakfast sandwiches. They have tons of bagel and cream cheese flavors. The cream cheese also has a lot of flavor. It is amazing every time. And… the price is great! I can’t speak to anything besides the bagels and coffee. It makes sense they run out of bagels because they get really busy. Sometimes they are out of our preferred kind but I really don’t mind that because they all taste great and fresh — which is what counts the most!

Just okay! I’m sad I didn’t love it. Been here twice now and both times the bagels tasted very much like ones you would buy in a chain grocery store. So disappointed. Just kind of a meh experience. Nothing to seek out. Einstein’s or Panera bagel sandwiches are far superior to these.

This is place would be great except they never actually have any bagels! I have been to this location several times and have been able to get a bagel only once. If you are open until 2 why are you out of what you sell by 10? Why aren’t more of the popular flavors such as cheese and jalapeño, and plain being made to avoid running out? I called today to see if they had any left and the first time I called there was no answer, the second time there was an answer but I wasn’t able to even finish my question before the guy on the line interrupted me with a «no! We’re out» I get that they are probably busy(although I have no idea what they could be possibly selling, maybe busy turning away customers for being out of bagels…) but a little phone courtesy goes a long way in customer service. I won’t be trying bagel stop again.

My office recently relocated to Parker & Plaza intersection in Parker, so being in a town full of food I have ventured out for a few of the plaza food spots. This was my first experience in doing so. I went in around noon on a Monday. the young staff was super nice and very helpful. They helped me order, new places and menus always are tricky for me, lol. A denver omellette on a croissant! Yummy! Hot fresh and for being freshly made a 5 minute wait was not out of the question. They even refilled my empty soda cup full of ice.(They serve Pepsi and sadly im a diet coke girl) But the staff was wonderful. The menu is large and vast, I will have to go back and try a few more items but the overall experience was nice.

My wife and I have frequented this establishment almost weekly for the 2+ years we have been living in Parker, but the incredibly unfriendly owner has really turned me off on this place. The owner is always short and rude with us every time we are in there ordering food. He always trys to rush everyone through and gives off the attitude that he is frustrated that he has to be there. This attitude passes down to the 16 year old kids that work there, as the friendly ones are never there for more than 2 months. I use to come here because the bagels are good, but it’s just so difficult to give someone your business that doesn’t seem to respect you. In short, the bagels are good but the owner doesn’t deserve the business.
