I love the service here! Not only are they are always friendly, The Versa Spa is fabulous and makes me feel better about myself. I have been going here for years and wouldn’t change to another place due to their product but most of all their fantastic customer service. Highly recommended!

Having been a tanning customer for over twenty years, I’ve been to great establishments and not so great. This place is not so great. Do you want to keep customers coming back or leaving, taking their business? Zero amenities… each room lacks baby wipes, a mirror, deodorant, speakers for music(have to use your phone.) Small things like baby wipes and a mirror are the types of amenities that we look for. Take a look at Tan on the Boulevard… that is a great establishment. It’s not like store brand baby wipes and deodorant would kill you PLUS they are CHEAPER amd don’t CON you into having to buy TWO lotions when all you really want is one… are you kidding me!!! I will be canceling my membership at the two month mark.

Never impressed with this location. Been two years since my last visit and now I remember why. Stick to the newer locations north of here. The employees didn’t inform me that there are no hair covers for the Versa. Had to go up front to ask for one and they said«sorry we’re out so you can use one of the footlets.» Needless to say I left instead of getting tanned.

The facilities are gross, they are constantly trying to sell you something. Sometimes I can’t even tell if there was anything in the spray tan even on level 3, if you ever think about signing up ask for a tour first so you can see how gross the rooms are, the doors don’t close correctly trash, cans overflowing. Yuck!

Be aware! They continue to charge you credit card forever without your consent. Cancellation policy is ridiculously stringent. They wouldn’t accept a signed lease contract from California as proof of my move! Then after several conversations with rude management, I found out that they would continue to charge me even after the year contract unless I signed a document to cancel the«automatic renewal».
