I signed up for TrainerNick’s Little Black Dress Project. Nick makes working out and getting healthy easy. The meal plan was pretty good. I didn’t think of it as a diet. You don’t eat the same things every day like some«diets» tend to do. I liked how the LBD project taught me how to eat a better without really cutting food groups out. I enjoyed getting daily motivating emails from Nick. My favorite part was how you can see your progress throughout the 6 week program. The competition part was a bigger plus for me. It encouraged me to push harder to not be last. I definitely recommend trying out the LBD project. It was different and a ton of fun. I liked it so much I’ll be signing up for the 3rd time. Nick if very knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness. Whenever I had questions, he was there with an answer. i also did a month of online training with Nick. He would check up on me every so often to make sure I was staying on track. if I wasn’t he would try to figure out what we can change to get me back on track. You can tell Nick enjoys helping people get into a healthier lifestyle. I just wish I had more time in my day to be able to do in person sessions.
