Dropped jacket off for monogramming when it was slightly chilly out, got it back — now… it is hot. Left voicemails to call me — no response. Called during supposed work hours — no response. When I finally did reach someone at this store to ask about why it was taking so long to get my jacket, her tone was as if I was bothering her. She had some excuse about the people doing the work to my jacket were not around and she’d get it done when she could. She didn’t seem to think it important at all that I might want the jacket when it was still chilly outside and not almost a month later. It is pretty sad too because I love small businesses and definitely women owned businesses, but with this kind of service, I think I will pass and use places that are concerned with the level of service they provide. Also, after the long wait, the monogramming isn’t even straight, it is a little crooked, but I was just so disgusted with this place, I took my jacket and considered it a lesson learned. I will not go back and will not refer anyone here. ADIOS.

This is a very small shop run that’s family owned. They feature only t-​shirts and sweatshirts. There is a good selection of t-​shirts that pay homage to Park Ridge and even a shirt that has the Pickwick Theatre on the front. There are also many t-​shirts that feature Illinois or Illini schools. You can also have shirts specially made to order or customized with whatever you want on the front or back for a decent price.
