Went back a few times after and the food was good. Still really cheap on putting pickles on it but didn’t get sick.

Where do I start… guy behind the counter(only guy I’ve ever seen working there, and unfortunately I go there occasionally as a last resort), has LONGFINGERNAILS, gross. Everyone that works there seems miserable and barely says a word to you. It’s like customer service is on the wrong side of the counter, as I’m the first to say hello and thank you after paying Ugh! Veggies are not fresh, and I even had an argument with the woman owner. Yep, you read that right, an argument. I told her the veggies seemed like they weren’t fresh and she decided to argue with me about it. I worked at Subway as my first job when I was 16 and I know what the food should look like. My last straw, don’t ask me why, but I went in today and there was only one guy in front of me, and somehow I got the wrong sandwich and didn’t realize it until I took a bite and just didn’t feel like going back for them to make me a new one. I mean seriously?! Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb can’t even get the line straight when there are nly 2 sandwiches being made. For goodness sakes!

They are supposed to open at 7am during the week. Didn’t have bread at home to make my nine year old his lunch for school so I stop by at quarter after 8 in the morning and this is the second time in a month and a half they aren’t open. I then drive down to the subway at downtown park ridge and yep they aren’t open either! This is the last time I ever count on Subway to save the day. The chain is dead to me now. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I was in the area and short on time so I thought I’d pick up a sandwich. Once I got inside, I remembered being here before. They are pleasant to talk to but super skimpy on the toppings. I had to ask for«extra» because the gal put 3 short pieces of green pepper. If you must come here, Pay attention when they are dressing your sandwich. Mine was edible.

Here’s the scoop. We eat here often. You have to be careful though. Some of the employees are on top of it and good, others are nasty. One night one of the guys was walking around barefoot because he hurt his toe. Health code violation. Yesterday I went in to get a sandwich and the girl went to make my sandwich with her gloves on AFTER she handled money. I asked her to change her gloves. Some of the people rip you off — same girl yesterday — about 3″ totals on my foot long had absolutely nothing on it. My favorite is 2 banana peppers and 2 pieces of onion on my sandwich. Subway in downtown Park Ridge is MUCH better.

Worst subway I’ve been to. Staff was impatient with me choosing even though I was the only one there. Then, the toppings were very sparsely given. I kept adding more things just to get enough on there. Then I ordered a 6 inch turkey for my daughter but since she wanted no toppings at all I asked for another small slice of cheese which the worker said would be extra. She said that the owner is very strict on things like that. I said that was short sighted of the owner and people will go to friendlier subways. I know I will. I tried calling the owner but there was no answer.
