I really liked the lactation consultant and the doctors that I met, however the receptionist is incredibly rude. I tried to look past it, but after 3 separate incidents of rudeness I was looking for a new pediatrician. I did have one more appointment on the books and then really liked the last doctor. She was so pleasant and warm. She made me feel empowered in decision making as a new mother. I’ll try to ignore the receptionist. We will see how it goes.
