After a flight from San Diego to Chicago, we wanted something quick and easy for dinner. My boyfriend really likes Noodles & Company so we decided to swing by for a quick bite. He ordered the Alfredo Montamore which includes spaghetti noodles, four-cheese blend Alfredo, mushrooms, tomato, spinach, Parmesan chicken, MontAmore cheese, Italian parsley and cracked pepper. His favorite thing about this dish is the chicken. He says it is by far the best chicken that he has had at a fast food type places and loves the seasoning and/or marinade. I opted for the Pesto Cavatappi: curly pasta, basil pesto, garlic, mushrooms, tomato, wine, cream, Parmesan and Italian parsley. I thought it was a little bland, but overall good. We each ordered the half bowl which was plenty of food. The establishment is very clean and nice. It is in a cute business center in Park Ridge, but the parking lot is small. Since we were there at night we easily found parking, but I’d be willing to bet that during the day it is a nightmare.

I love Noodles! Quick and easy dinner! The only reason I took off a star is because I am not a fan of the underground parking garage!

One of the best noodles and company in the area. Yes it’s packed with loud high schoolers, but the quality of food is amazing. Their service is amazing. I highly Indonesian peanut sauté and Bangkok curry noodles and their garlic bread!!!

I like Noodles & Company but this location in Park Ridge is the worst one I have ever been to. Every time I come here all the tables are filthy and there are dishes left on the tables, the workers are completely uninterested and today I am here and they are out of elbow noodles AND egg noodles!!! And it’s only 6:30 on a Saturday night, this place needs new management and fast! I would rather drive to Niles then come here again.

I always get the spicy chicken pita sandwich and they made it perfect at this location! Large amount of outdoor seating and clean interior!

We came in at 1:30 on a Saturday. Ordered and when we went to sit there was one remotely clean table to sit at. But the place was practically empty of customers. There was a guy moving at a snails pace cleaning. But the place was trashed. Stepped on spilled mac and cheese to get to our dirty table. It’s a chain. The food is the food. But I’ll avoid this location forever.

We go to Noodles all the time –the service people are always friendly and the food is good –when you get it ! Their foods are actually all vegetarian –but you can add meat, shrimp or tofu. There is just something about this location. Ever since we started going here we’ve had problems with our orders being wrong, being cold and sometimes not getting orders at all. There is a lot of competition in downtown Park Ridge and there is another Noodles up Harlem and in Niles –there’s really no reason to have to deal with this. Parking is also not the greatest you can park in the underground lot but at night it’s a little creepy !

Horrible place with very incompetent employees. I will never ever go back here and will continue to help them lose customers. I went there and got an order to go(very simple order of a noodles dish and pot stickers) when I got home I noticed they gave me the complete wrong noodle meal. So I called and spoke to 3 different employees telling them all the same issue I had until I finally was able to speak to a manager, who did not really help resolve my issue. I had to go back there to get the«correct» meal, and was supposed to receive a refund as well(which was never issued). When I got home for the second time I realized my meal was once again incorrect. Probably my fault for not checking it before I left, but being my second time back I was certain they would have it correct, especially since I spoke to a manager… clearly I was mistaken.

Customer service is amazing. Tip top chain. Came in with a large group of co-workers and the manager offered us a business lunch free of charge where we could try all of the dishes. It was an fantastic experience. It allowed me to try new meals I wouldn’t normally try. Have been back many times since!

Best garlic bread ever. Perfect for family when need of light Italian food. The new menu is pretty good.

Same experience as Gabby M. in an earlier post. Deserves twice the stars… GM, George, was kind enough to set up tables for us and serve us like a sit down more long term experience. He along with a couple others were our servers and let us try all the dishes on the menu for free! The service was very quick and efficient for not being known as that kind of business and rather known more for a more quick dining order at the front style. Very nice and very informative about the dishes and had a great, comfortable experience with all of my coworkers. And the food was delicious.

Great place for lunch. Good amount of choices. Could use a little more spice. Quick service and very fresh food. Can go Italian or various Asian cuisines.

Pretty good fast comfort food. My favorites are the Japanese Pan Noodles, Mac and Cheese, and the Thai Curry Soup. I used to like the Pad Thai, but lately, it’s missed the mark for me. This location is usually pretty busy, as it’s in Uptown Park Ridge. Sometimes, it can be difficult to get a table if you’re planning to eat in. One quick tip: do sign up for emails from Noodles. You can get random deals in your inbox(buy one, get one free), and around your birthday, you’ll get a free dish of your choice.

My husband and I went into this location with our almost 6 month old daughter(who was luckily sleeping the whole time so Daddy and Mommy could eat!) My husband had been here before, but I had not. I ordered the spicy Caesar sandwich with the tomato and cucumber salad. My husband ordered the truffle Mac. The cashier man kindly let us know they were out of the truffle Mac and that all the locations were discontinuing it. Instead, my husband ordered the chicken caesar salad. Our total should have been $ 15, but instead the gentleman said it was $ 6 and some change. He then told us he didn’t charge us for the salad because they didn’t have what my husband ordered. The kindness of not charging us was totally unnecessary, but he did it anyway. The food was fabulous, and the service was great. We will definitely be back numerous times.

Not sure what the type about this place is about. For the five-star reviewers, what in the world are you ordering? I’ve ordered a few things from here and haven’t cared for any of it. The last time I came, I ordered the Indonesian Peanut Sauté. It was really similar to what I’d get from buying a Lean Cuisine Frozen Dinner or an overcooked Boxed Simply Asia Noodle Bowl. It’s basically Soggy/gummy noodles drenched in a not-so-good asian style sauce(no complex flavors here) and topped with tasteless toppings such as bean sprouts and carrots. I tried to drench it in hot sauce, but I found it inedible(for my tastebuds at least) and ended up tossing it. Mac and Cheese is a joke. It’s literally plain elbow noodles with cheese poured on top. That’s like something you’d serve a toddler. It’s just super commercial food. Yuck. Won’t return.

Love, love, love their pesto cavatappi!!! I love getting a chance to eat here when I am in the Chicago area for work. I wish they had them here in Atlanta! And the Izze drinks are awesome. I am so glad they carry the blackberry instead of the citrus one that Starbucks only carries. Further, their GIANT rice krispie is a great treat… for days. If I go, I am required to bring one home for my husband. :)

Haven’t been here in two years because I was always let down– more with the environment that anything. Fast forward to tonight, when my husband picked up our take out order. Mine was horrendous and wrong. My pad thai was not only fried to a crisp but it was missing chicken(that we paid for) and had a lime in it that looked used and didn’t even release a drop of juice. I debated between calling, going back or writing corp but have decided to vote with my feet and never return. What would calling do? and driving back would was lte our gas. So we decided, We’ll share our poor perception of the restaurant and about the lack of cross checking AND care for take out orders.

The backyard BBQ is awesome — the only thing I order in the summer. When it’s not in season I get the Med(chicken, tomato, etc on a pita) with the cucumber tomato salad. It swims in an exquisitely sweet raspberry vinaigrette.

I want to love this place, as the overall concept is great. The ability to get noodles cooked Asian, Italian, etc style with a mix of proteins? Concept: Brilliant Execution: 3 Stooges I have eaten at this location three times and each time walk away scratching my head trying to figure out who runs this place. They always seem to be slammed at the front, with patrons in line shacking their heads or like today, group of 4 just walked out after a 5 min wait to place an order. The noodles here are ok and the while the proteins(I had steak) seem to be precooked or come from a pouch, the pasta dishes are cooked to order. Nothing outstanding, but decent for the price. The other two times I had their sandwich and soup/combo. First time, the soup(tomato bisque) was brought out ice cold, oops someone forgot to heat up the«prepackaged?» mix. I sent it back and it looked like another table did the same. Second time, the soup was a bit overheated; looks like they need to get a standard set as to how long the mixes need to be warmed up. Unlike Panera, I did not see soups coming out of any crocks. Both times the sandwiches were pretty good and their flat bread is very good. As for value, for $ 6.99 you get a decent combo and nice variety of other noodle dishes priced between $ 5-$ 8. Overall the service is ok, but VERY slow to place and then get your order, make sure you have plenty of time over lunch to eat here. I also wish they would provide some napkins either at the front or by the soda fountain: None are to be found in this place! Meals are«warmed up» to order, so it takes a while, as they appear to have a space limitation in the cooking area. Last time here, I saw two people back there, today, only one. Also the lone counter person had to do double duty: taking orders and also running some meals to the diners. I assume this was related to a staffing issue, but @ noon, you better be fully staffed for at least a ½ prior.
