They blow. The food they got right on my order is disgusting, and the majority of my order they got wrong was obviously not what I wanted.
Why put «diet coke,» as an option on your menu if you’re going to put regular in anyway?
Why give me garbage crab Rangoon’s when I called out for wontons?
Why do I know your menu better than you do? Are you just that dumb, or incompetent.
These guys suck. Avoid them at all costs.

Dont let the atmosphere or décor fool you. Quality food, good portions at great prices. Lunch menu offers great value w/fried rice, entrée and choice of drink or appetizer. We come here for lunch after church or order party trays for church functions. Best Chinese food in the area.

We’ve ordered twice from here, first time was ok, nothing special. Second time, me, my husband and my sister all got food poisoning. And they forgot the soda I ordered, and double checked on, it still wasn’t in the bag. So not only did they cheat me out of $ 3 for the soda, but also a PTO day at work!

I’m giving it a 2 star, because the food wasn’t to bad, besides the small portions, and alot of chewy part in my Mongolian Beef! Originally 6 dollars, but ask for water chestnuts and cashews, and they charged a additional 2 dollars… for some reason the water chestnuts tasted sour… I’ve never ate sour chestnuts before, anyways I would give the place a one star, because it gave me the Willies walking in thier, felt like I was in a roach motel, the place looks really kinda scary! And the staff too! But the food could of been worse, so that’s why I will rate it 2 star…

We’ve been coming to this New China since it’s been open and the food has always been on point — I even crave it at times.
I’ve never dined-in but the restaurant needs some work on the inside. Tape on the ripped booths, a little dusty, and I’d stay away form the restrooms but honestly, don’t let that stop you from ordering take-out or delivery. The food is really good and flavorful.
I’ve had almost all of the fried rices, sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, veggies in sauces, and I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews about the egg foo young and other meat dishes.
We’re not in the area anymore but anytime I’m back in town, I’ll definitely be in. I’m really going to miss this spot.

Ordered delivery and it took much longer than grubhub had quoted. Applied a coupon on grubhub for free egg rolls and I never received them. I was argued with on the phone about them for at least 15 minutes. Food was decent, but the overall experience was poor in my opinion.

The food was fine, about what you’d expect for the price. But the delivery experience was pretty bad. Waited an hour then called, was told it was «on the way now». Got the food a half hour later. I’m pretty sure they totally forgot about the order until I called. Don’t recommend ordering online, seems like they don’t pay very much attention to their printer.

New to the area and was craving Chinese food, badly. Went on grubhub and found this place. Delivery charge was a reasonable $ 2 if you live near park ridge (Des Plaines, Niles, Glenview, Maine) The service was extremely fast, they were here is less than 15 minutes. Food was nice in portion, hot, more than expected, with excellent pricing. Orange chicken has peapods mixed in it, the chicken fried rice is very good a tad greasy, but nothing to complain about, wonton soup was a 10/10, & I also order fried wontons and they were cooked PERFECT. I will definitely be back to try more items.

This place has awful customer service. Some coworkers of mine ordered food from here and one of the girls is strictly vegetarian. She ordered vegetable lo mein and received meat in her food. Ok, fine, mistakes are made we’re only human. One of us called back asking for a new order to be delivered and they argued with us for about 15 mins over the phone. They eventually said we would get new food but apparently they didn’t believe we weren’t trying to pull one over on us because they said they needed the other wrong food back. 2 hours passed with no delivery so we called back and then they argued with us for another 20 mins! Ridiculous and unprofessional. Don’t go here.

If it looks like MSG, and it tastes like MSG… it’s probably MSG.
I ordered from here via GrubHub just today — after a search for salt & pepper pork. Before I get on to the bad, I’d like to say that they also have some generous lunch portion options (I got the bbq pork spare rib + crab rangoons + fried rice + hot and sour soup for only $ 6.34!)
Anyway… I love me some salt and pepper pork. Hence, why I found it on their menu and ordered it. After a few pieces in I found this clearish granule looking thing mixed in. Now, I totesmcgotes know what that shit is. M-S-G! MSG!!! I mean, it’s probably not a whole lot to freak out about, but I called the restaurant after to ask and they denied using MSG. Way to lie to about it! It’s clearly waving at me. Ugh.
