its important to go in detailed contract when you deal with this company. Worked with him without any signed contract. we had to end up paying more than double that he asked for. Worked for 2 hours and charges labour for 3 people for full day. Estimated labour was $ 8,000. Ended up charging $ 18,000. We were left with no option but to pay him. Make sure you have detailed written contract when you work with him.

These guys are very reliable and the owner is very courteous. We see their signs all over Park Ridge. They added a bedroom in my condo downtown and did some painting. We liked them so much we asked them to build a garage and redo our kitchen for us. They also do a great job of cleaning up after the job is done; you wouldn’t even think there was construction going on in our house! We will definitely be using their services again.
