I find that Blue Swan is a very reliable, dependable cleaner. My husband and I have been using them for years and they have always been willing to take the extra step in keeping the customer happy. They have even beautifully hand cleaned an old stitched wall hanging that I have. The owner himself did it and did it three times before he was satisfied enough to give it back. If you live in the Montvale area, I very much recommend them. Perhaps lady who was unhappy with their service did not deal with the owner.
