I would not recommend this company. I signed up for automatic credit card billing for weekly waste pick up. They decided not to show up weekly and when I left several messages on their answering machine no one got back to me with an explanation for why I was getting billed for a service that was not being provided. They just stopped showing up and finally stopped billing my credit card. I will be contacting my credit card company…

We’ve hired Affordable K-9 Poop Patrol since 2004 to tend to our weekly pet waste cleanup needs. Before finding these guys, it was a pain keeping up with waste pickup for our 3 dogs in our yard. K-9 Poop Patrol is indispensable. They are dependable and their business is dealing with yuck so I don’t have to. Highly recommend these guys if it’s for a special 1 time cleanup, or for weekly cleanup. We would be up to a ears if it weren’t for the Poop Patrol experts. They serve much of Chicagoland. If you have pets, this is a service you will come to love.

This company is horrible they — They no showed 2 times(should have been a major clue), They«accidently» charge my card without notice once before causing OD charges. Realizing the error, Kim(the owner) said she’d mail a check for the OD amount, and she never followed through — instead just credited the account(should have been an indicator right there) Because of that, I requested that my CC be removed from file. Kim(the owner) apologized and said she would. They charged my card again without notice and thus causing an OD my account again, even though the invoice was incorrect(I called them 3 weeks prior, leaving a voicemail which they didn’t return). Also, the invoice has NOWHERE(besides their poorly created website, according to rude Mike which, I have yet to find it on the site) that they will charge CC; instead it talks about late fees. After calling them and talking to a very rude guy name MIKE — who should not be dealing with the public because he apparently does not know how to deal with customers in a respectable manor! They refuse to rectify the situation and challenged me to report it to my bank, Mike informed me that other customers have tried that and failed — so that says right there that they have ripped off other customers! BEWAREIFYOUUSETHISCOMPANYYOUWILLGETRIPPEDOFF!
