Service: Not always the friendliest employees and seem to always be inconvenienced by your business. Food: I’m starting to think they should take«Bagel» out of their name. For something that’s apparently baked right there, they’re never warm and taste just a tad better than something you can get in a 6-pack at the grocery store. The cream cheeses are good but aren’t always available. Espresso was awful but I think it was the brew and not the beans. As far as lunch goes, I’m pretty sure the veggie burger I got was the same as the patties I have in my freezer.(Morningstar black bean — ¼lb style). Fries were average and everything came out a little soggy. Pricing: WAYOVERPRICED. I’m not sure how they’re getting away with the prices they’re charging when people are getting mediocre bagels and soggy food they can buy at Costco. I’m blown away by the prices every time I walk in there… not worth it. If this place gets a full overhaul I might re-consider paying $ 3.50 for a bagel w/cream cheese and actually go in there more than once every 6 months.

Really used to love going here as a kid. Just moved back and went and was really disappointed with the staff and the quality of food. The bagel was barely toasted, and there was about a pound of cream cheese on it. The staff seemed like they all absolutely hated their job, and the people they were attending to. Probably won’t be going back.

I think what makes this place mildly popular is the fact that their only true, far superior, competition is in Kimball Junction 10 minutes away. The bagels are alright, but even early in the morning don’t taste fresh/warm. My biggest peeve lies with the atrocious customer service and insane prices. Typically, upon walking In you’re greeted with an eye roll and attitude that makes you feel mostly unwelcome. A breakfast sandwich base price is $ 6, not too crazy, but add tomatoes and cream cheese and the up charges have you looking at a $ 10 lukewarm piece of bread with a slab of not-melted cheese. And rest assured, if anything you add to your bagel cost extra, you won’t be informed. Overall for the quality of food and the lackluster employees I’ll gladly drive 10 minutes out of the way to Park City Bagels for AWESOME smiling employees and way more cream cheese/bagel options.

I’m not afraid to say I’m addicted to my morning bagel. In Park City for Labor Day, I had that familiar call hit my stomach. After a quick Unilocal search, Wasatch sounded just like what I was craving, not to mention the only option. The bagel shop features a lot of wood paneling to feel very apres ski, and offered a ton of custom bagel sandwiches. Mine featured jalapaneo cream cheese and real scrambled eggs. It was totes messy but totes delicious. When you’re in Park City, it’s nice to save a buck on a meal once in a while, so this $ 4 bagel gut bomb is just what you need before another hard charging day in Park City.

I started coming here when we were locals — six years ago — and it’s just not a complete visit to PC without coming and getting a Wasatch Huevos bagel. It’s s huge mess, and it’s delicious! Back in the day, one of the gals here made a fresh salsa verde, but had stopped doing that the past few years. Now with the opening of Tarahumara(the two spaces are connected) there is access to the many fresh salsa options there. Don’t forget to get a carrot & orange juice when you’re here. It’s a winning combination!

This is the perfect spot for a quick burger or sandwich. You walk in and it is all wooden tables with lots of seating. There is a rustic feel to it making it casual and a nice spot to grab a quick meal. There are tvs around so you can watch ESPN if it is on or whatever the owner sees fit. The fries are the best. Perfectly crispy and toasty and definitely the best part of the meal. I got the bbq chicken quesadilla. It was good but slathered with bbq sauce. The cheese wasn’t very metly and you couldn’t really melt it with that much bbq sauce in there. However, they do serve breakfast all day which is a plus. Apparently the burger is really good so I may have to go back and try that or a breakfast sandwich before I finally make my final decision. I also did not have their coffee so I cannot comment on that as well.

Nothing fancy. The service was very slow and disorganized. The food was adequate. We wanted breakfast food after noon on a Sunday, so we weren’t expecting a lot to begin with. Not bad, but definitely not impressed.

This place has bottomed out. Just got a lox sandwich that was slapped together with a tightly clubched handful of fish that just looked the wrong color. I just threw it away after two bites because it tastes sour. I will never be back.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a coffee shop to get some work done on our vacation — we stopped at Starbucks first, which was completely packed, so we checked Unilocal and found this location. Super cute place with AWESOME bagels and great coffee. Plus plenty of room and quiet enough to get our work done. If you’re in Park City and need a coffee shop that isn’t chaotic to get your work done and enjoy breakfast and coffee, this is definitely the place to stop!

I was reluctant to eat here after reading the reviews, but my husband had already bought a Groupon, so we had to give it a try. Well, the reviews were quite accurate. While the food is yummy, it isn’t enough to overcome the service shortcomings to make a return visit. The woman who took our order seemed bothered to have to do her job. Luckily, our food came out in a reasonable time and I knew(from reviews here) to listen for it. The cashier gave us difficulty with the Groupon. This place could be great with just a few simple changes. The food is good. Their troubles are all with service.

Horrible service and very disorganized. We were in Park City for a short summer vacation getaway and had heard good things about Wasatch Bagel Café. The burgers were pretty good when we finally got them — about 40 to 45 minutes after ordering. The place was not crowded either. I noticed the other patrons were having similar problems, so it wasn’t just us. In several instances someone would come up to the counter and ask about their order and complain that their friends were already through eating and their food hadn’t come out yet. The staff seemed absolutely clueless and worse they seemed unconcerned. I am generally willing to give a place the benefit of the doubt but in Wasatch Bagel Café the problem was so bad since it seemed to be systematic. A large part of the problem is the disorganization. They don’t give you a number or take your name so there is no real way for them to monitor and control orders. The counter staff didn’t seem to communicate well with the cook as he didn’t even put our burgers on the grill until much later despite them telling us repeatedly our order was«almost ready». Its a shame in a way because the food is good and the place has great potential. My recommendation to the owner is to implement a system of better tracking orders and hire a staff that cares about the customers. Despite plans for future vacations in Park City, I am NEVER coming back to this place. Making these changes might make someone else’s experience better in the future though.

The food was delicious, but the customer service was AWEFUL! After being completely unfriendly to us, I watched this which treat the next customer like a piece of crap because SHE got the customers order wrong and the customer asked her to fix it. Too bad. We would have brought friends back. Now we’ll warn them to stay clear. Apparently this is the norm at this place.

I was just at this place twice in the past week(mid-late May 2015) as my boyfriend and I were in the area for a wedding. It’s a modest place with a casual atmosphere but the food was really good! We went for a late breakfast/brunch the first time we visited and I ordered the buttermilk pancakes and a vanilla coffee. Delicious! The next day, we went back for lunch and I got the fish sandwich with fries. Their fries are easily the best I’ve ever had! I fully expected to douse them with ketchup for flavor, but that wasn’t necessary at all. Wish I knew what spices/ingredients they put on them because they were yummy! I told my boyfriend that if we were ever in Park City again in the future, we would definitely be heading back to Wasatch Bagel Café!

Food was good if your plastic fork doesn’t break. service was horrible. The lady at the register was rude and didn’t help us at all.

Fake eggs, boxed hash browns, paper plates, and plastic forks. Workers are rude. Will not go back. We wanted to try something new and were extremely disappointed. They also do not stand by their groupons. DONOTBUY!

Good place to stop in for a quick breakfast. It wasn’t too busy when we arrived, but I thought the woman taking our order was a little short with us. They were out of my first two choices of bagel(everything and onion) and when I decided on a garlic one, less than a minute later, more everything bagels appeared. But she didn’t offer me this first choice now that it was available again. She forgot to add the cream cheese I asked for. Also saw them mess up another patron’s meal. Hubs had a poppyseed chicken sandwich that he really enjoyed.

Bar service was great, full menu. Friendly and familiar staff. Good breakfast and brunch. May have to wait for table, but if you’re ok eating at the bar, you may cut the wait.

I’ve been a patron of Wasatch Bagel Café for over ten years. Finally, I’m done. I don’t know if they simply don’t like the cut of my jib but on a consistent basis my simple cream cheese & bagel order is prepared incorrectly or forgotten completely. During today’s incident of My Forgotten Order the employee behind the counter had the audacity to disbelieve me. Where did I hide the bagel you swore you prepared? Inside my cell phone case? On a busy day, these things happen. On a slow day? Unacceptable. Employees — you need new ones.

I’ve been here twice now and it’s just not very good. Service is ok… they are a busy place so no niceties exchanged. The bagels are definitely not up to par and being the breakfast burrito junkie that I am, I have now left disappointed twice. The burritos sounds appealing but the California burrito had black avocado and a really off-putting ratio of cream cheese to everything else. The bagel sandwich I tried was also a miss. It’s a convenient location but not somewhere that I’m likely to return.

I’ve had a couple meals here during my stay in Park City. The best part of this little stop is their espresso drinks, especially the Ghirardelli drinks. So delicious! The food is pretty good. The husband really liked his double cheeseburger. The fries are perfectly battered and fried. Their bagels and cream cheeses are pretty filling. My big complaint was their wings. I love wings. That being said, I’ll probably try wings anywhere. These wings were just ok. The biggest discrepancy was the shape of the wings. The bones were broken on half of my order and some just looked weird.
