The staff was great. I would definitely use them again. Walking in with my computer they came right over to help me get set up at the service desk. After discussing the possible problems and remedy they clearly explained the pricing policy. The follow up phone calls were timely and the repairs completed by the next day. All of this done in a professional and courteous manner

When My phone eventually came in. They were apologetic and offered some accessories as compensation for the frustrating episode. I will give them another try should I need any apple or mac related items.

Been to the store twice this summer and both times was acknowledged immediately. First time there were others in front of me. Today no one was in the store. Very nice customer service. Fixed the problem with a smile even though it was mostly my ignorance that caused the problem. Ipad the first time and Mac 2nd time. Both fixed no cost friendly and competent!

Wish I had read the other reviews before going in. I brought in a mac & an ipad that both had issues. The ipad had been dropped and the screen was now all green but I could tell it still worked. The guy there told me he would give me $ 30 for it and then I could buy a new ipad for $ 300. The mac was a different story. I have had issues with the camera since I bought the computer and the apple store had tried fixing it once before. The problem came back and I had been putting off getting it fixed because I didn’t want to go to salt lake. But then recently I dropped the computer and the screen did not crack but the left side had some dark streaks in it that made it annoying to look at. Simply mac told me that the camera didn’t work because I dropped the computer(even though the camera has never worked and they could see notes from the apple store about it) and they didn’t even offer to try to fix that. I was just told that it would be $ 1400(ha!!!) to fix the screen on my computer so I might as well buy a new computer. Well I left there figuring that I would have to shell out a ton of money in the near future for these electronics. Then I decided to go back to the apple store that originally tried to fix my camera to see if they could at least do that. They did much better — they replaced the screen under warranty and then they fixed my ipad in about 2 minutes. I did ask if I were to trade in my ipad how much they would give me and they said around $ 150 — whereas simply mac said $ 30. So basically if I had just listened to simply mac I would have been out about $ 2000. Instead apple took care of everything. I will not bother with this place again.

Today was my third time going into the Simply Mac store. Each time, I was not greeted when I came in and not acknowledged as I waited for help. Today, I timed how long it took for them to assist me. 9 minutes. At nine minutes, all they said was«Do you need something?» I had a very simple question that took only a few minutes to answer, but they treated me like I was unimportant with a stupid question. Overall very bad customer service, and the man ended up telling me to «Call Apple» to answer my question.

I came in on Friday the 16th of May 2014. I had just gotten my new rMBP in the mail from Apple and was geniusly doing Migration Assistant over wifi. Sadly the newest laptops by Apple do not have ethernet. Thunderbolt is rad though btw and I do see in the future it replacing most adapters. But ethernet is far from obsolete. Migration Assistant after six hours had moved from 14 hours to 13 so I decided to come in and buy the adapter. First I was surprised they didn’t have it, but not a huge deal. I paid in advance and they said the manager would pick it up from another store on his way to work the next day being Saturday, and they would call me when it arrived about 1PM. Migration Assistant now at 12 hours remaining, after 36 hours of transferring over Wifi. I should have canceled the transfer and waited for the adapter, but figured it’d be done over night. The reason for the 2 stars is because after they had called me around 4PM to come in and get my adapter, the manager said to me «Oh you know what is funny? Ten minutes after you left yesterday(being Friday) I went in the back and opened a full case of those adapters.» I was like well why didn’t you call me, I was at the grocery store next store and only live a mile away? I’ve been doing Migration Assistant to my new Mac now for 36 hours, and have computer work to do although both my computers are unable to be used.
