I am rating this one star because I asked to be seated and there were clearly very many seats but she could not seat me for 10 minutes because the waitresses were too busy.

Loud, food is comparable to sizzler and service is not that great. Chicken was good, rib eye was deserving of A1 steak sauce… Something I have not had a desire to use in 30 years.

Amazing location slope side. This is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the mountain. Unfortunately we came for lunch with the anticipation of getting back on the slopes. We have been waiting for wings and a chicken sandwich for 45 minutes. Server is pleasant.

Meh. We tried to sit outside and despite many open tables they said it was a 30 minute wait due to lack of servers. Here’s a genius idea, why not take a server from inside and have them work outside since everyone seems to want to sit outside given the wait. So we sat inside and I got a $ 12 basil cocktail which comes in a tiny Cosmo glass that was only even half full. It mine as well have been a shot. I tried to order another one but it took so long we were ready to go so I told her to forget it. As for the food, hubby got the Reuben cheesesteak which he thought was kinda gross. I got the brisket and it was pretty fatty. Overall not my favorite place but in a tourist trap at the bottom of the mountain I’m not sure my expectations should have really been that high anyway.

Super solid. Not fancy but dependable. I loved the bison burger and the kale salad is a nice alternative to fries. Very good cocktails though I’ll say their Bloody Mary is oddly sweet so not recommended. GREAT servers. This is their busiest weekend and somehow they’ve all managed to be helpful, nice and patient. Not sure where the managers found these gems, but these servers are keepers. Knocked off a star as the host and hostess always seem distracted, and the bathroom is always in need of attention.

Food was good and the service was great. I recommend the poutine to dtart; and, the wings were excellent and crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning. Our server was very helpful with information about where to go and what to see. He was friendly and had a lot of great insights about things the kids would enjoy.

Despite the reviews we stopped in this casual grill for something light before dinner since we had just flown in. At about 6 pm we got a high top table right away. The table next to us had menus, but hadn’t ordered. So when our waiter came with menus and water we ordered beers. When the beers came we ordered simple dishes. Five minutes later we had our chili and smoked trout crostini. Delicious! We were pleased. The other table still hadn’t ordered, and the room had filled up. ??

Unilocal! Just had a sad, strange lunchtime dining experience. : Dehydration on the drinks : Totally understaffed. Waters and drinks sat empty– no refills entire time we were there. Request for a refill when food arrived was ignored. With a restaurant abutting a ski slope this sort of thing matters much more than usual. : Bait and switch on the salads : Ordered a kale side salad. An ice age epoch later presented with an iceberg lettuce salad in a small white cup that looked like something McDonald’s would serve on an airplane. Then informed they were out of kale. Would have ordered the side of fries instead if I had known. : Wrong order punking : A strict vegetarian was dining with our group and ordered a caprese salad because it appeared to be only vegetarian main on the menu. Eons later informed that they were out of the salad but would serve a caprese sandwich. Shouldn’t the ingredients should be the same minus the bread? In what felt like more time than it took Matt Damon to grow potatoes on Mars a turkey bacon club sandwich was set on the table. Wrong order. No apology just an excuse that the kitchen messed up the order. Another eon passes and a beef brisket sandwich is set on the table. No apology– just excuse that the kitchen messed up again. Lets do the time warp again. Cannot think of a better way to alienate a hungry vegetarian than setting in front of them a bacon turkey followed by a beef brisket. : Service slower than molasses : Hostess that sat us was very pleasant and our order was taken right away. Otherwise, basically no service. The only interaction with our waiter was to take our order and later bring the previously mentioned wrong order twice. Someone else brought out the other sandwiches. Someone else brought the check. Zero inquiries into our meals at any point by anyone. Would not be surprised in the least to learn that there was literally one server for the entire restaurant. It would explain a lot. I felt like an unwelcome burden rather than a desired guest. Reminded me of that scene in ‘Better Off Dead’ when Lane’s dad sets him up on a blind date with his law firm partner’s daughter. Rather than go out with him she calculates what the total cost of their date would have been and has Lane pay her half the bill– no love just the expense. With so many other options nearby(e.g., Umbrella Bar, the Farm, Murdocks, Drafts) and considering how relatively expensive this place was, will likely never patronize it again. Not Red Tail, Red Fail.

Cool location right at the bottom of the orange bubble lifts. You can sit inside and watch the people come down the mountain. It was pretty packed when we were there but we were seated right away. It took awhile before we saw our server but once she came the rest of the meal was timely. I tried the beet hummus and cheddar soup. Pretty good!

Five stars for convenient location, flavorful beet salad, and friendly bus boy. One star for tepid pigeon pot pie, slow server, lack of atmosphere. Let’s start with the good. It’s right next to red pine gondola. The beet salad was delicious: honey crusted almonds, fresh aurgula, well balanced goat cheese… It made me excited for the pot pie! The bus boy repeatedly checked in, and even offered to get the server… Who was gruff and mostly annoyed. Not the kind of service you expect from a resort if this caliber. I don’t mind as long as the food is good… Then the pot pie arrived: a frozen puff pastry floating on a ramekin of canned stew on a layer of instant mashed potatoes mix served tepid. I could barely feel the warmth of the ramekin. Pot pie is best served steaming hot, especially in the winter. I was sufficiently hungry after a day on the slopes that I finished it, but given my hunger level I’m surprised it tasted so bland. Bringing the average to 3 stars. Try the beet salad and avoid the pot pie.

PC Local. 5 stars? Really? Food is fine, but pricing is ridiculous, even for PC A 5 Guys burger for $ 17? And you have to drink Pepsi?!! Oh, I forgot, Vail. They have certainly improved dining on the mountain by 100% but raised prices by 300%. If they prioritized customers over profits, Coke would be an option somewhere on the mountain(2x the popularity), but I digress. Lots of people with more money than brains to pay these prices and give 5 or even 4 stars. Those with money AND brains eat at Deer Valley where a $ 17 burger is worth $ 17. You can ride at PC, but eat at DV. Btw, service is fine, even apologetic about the prices, especially in summer, when one would expect less gouging… short sighted.

Definitely too much money for a mediocre breakfast. Not sure how I feel about 4 $ for a slice of toast. The staff was nice and that’s why they get 2 starts.

Made reservations for this restaurant as there was an event at the Canyons. Our group ordered well over $ 100 worth of food, however after an hour we still had no food and our waitress had not checked on us. Two of the meals were simple salads. When we finally waved a waiter down, he was unapologetic and simply stated that food was late because they were busy. It was the 3rd if July, so they should have prepared for the crowd. Nonetheless, only half of the outdoor patio was used meaning they have capacity for a much larger crowd. When we spoke with the manager, he too was unapologetic and actually quite rude. He was angry that we were expressing our frustrations and suggested that we leave. One member of our group is a chef at a well known steak restaurant and he was appalled at the slow pace, lack of apologies, and rudeness from the manager.

The view was the best thing. We thought the food was mediocre. When we asked the server if there was a specialty brunch item and he responds that the all american breakfast(eggs, meat, potato, toast) is the best, we knew we were in trouble. My lox bagel seemed like a spread from a grocery store, the latte tasted burnt, and potatoes were soggy. My husband did enjoy his benedict which was tasty, and service was good. Not worth it when there are so many good places to eat in Park City.

Poor service, below average food. Don’t expect anything to be reasonable. Just take the shuttle down the mountain and hit up a chain restaurant.

I am basing this review off the one time I ate there. I ordered the turkey, bacon, avocado for just under 15 bucks. The bread was burnt, minimal turkey, made thicker by a third slice of bread in the middle, and a small paste amount of avocado spread into one piece of bread. Save your money and go to subway…

Stopped in to refresh after exiting the gondola following the exciting 2200′ zip line adventure over a mountain valley at the Canyons. Pleasant hostess seated us inside on this hot June day at a window table viewing the mountain bikers’ descent. Glasses of rehydrating water were a godsend for these middle agers(55 – 65) and they were kept full. Our server, Emily, was delightfully attentive, conversational and upbeat — dare I say perky? I thoroughly enjoyed her recommendation of a Brown ale from Park City Brewery, where she has also worked. Absent her preferred sweet Riesling or Moscato, Tami asked about a suitable white substitute from the wine list. Emily displayed an excellent knowledge of those offered as she described several, indicating rationale for choosing/not choosing, landing on the Torrontes. Not wanting a beverage she wouldn’t drink, Tami asked if she could have a taste. Emily responded with a half frown, saying that she would try but that it wasn’t always possible. Even so, she returned with an ounce in a snifter. It was as advertised: fruity, light and, though not sweet, with a hint of residual sugar. A full glass followed. Having relaxed, we determined that we really weren’t hungry and decided to not order food, instead opting for a second round. Again with Emily’s half frown — a moue? Quite endearing actually. She related the Utah liquor law(s) limiting patrons of an establishment with a ‘restaurant license’ to one drink unless ordering food. Odd, to us as travelers, but upon reflection, we thought it a good idea. Roll out Emily’s recommendations: we ordered a half portion of the Beet Hummus with assorted crudités. For $ 5, it proved to be a generous and well flavored dish. The garlic was roasted rendering it mild enough to complement and not overpower the subtlety of the beet. Scooped up with pita, cucumber, carrot or celery proved to be a most suitable accompaniment with our second drinks. True, we didn’t sample much. What we had in a nice casual atmosphere served in a most delightful way was refreshing and satisfying.

This place has great customer service, and great atmosphere. I ordered the Tiramisu and it was alright, too heavy for my taste. The burger however was bomb!!! It was one of the best burgers I have had i totally recommend trying it. Their fries are meh, but the burger wooohoo kills other burgers.

The service was a little slow. Other than that the Beet Salad with chicken I had was amazing. It was a little pricey w $ 6 to add chicken but like I said, delicious! I also tried the Prickly Pear Margarita on the rocks and it too was fantastic. The location is right at the bottom of the slopes so very convenient!
