The entire staff was amazing. Very kinda and compassionate. Kelly the nurse, Chris the Doctor and the X ray tech were top notch. They made sure I was comfortable and were very detailed. They were professional and quick.

Destroyed my knee at deer valley, spent 2 and a half hours in a white out snowstorm traffic jam and fully expected a terrible urgent care experience… But not to be so. Every single person, from the front desk to the PA, was friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and efficient with their time and mine. I was in and out in under 2 hours, with a diagnosis and some initial treatment. Surprised and happy. Couldn’t have done a better job making an awful situation more bearable. Thanks.

I was very I’ll while traveling to Park City last winter, and my local friends suggested I go to this location to get checked out. I will say that the treatment I received at this location was quick, courteous and professional. If treatment and care were all I was basing this review on, I’d give this location 5 stars. However, they have been absolutely miserable to deal with from a payment stand point. On their website, they describe this location as an urgent care facility, and on the front of their building, they have a neon sign that states very boldly«Walk Ins Welcome» Long story short, they are refusing to bill my insurance company for the«urgent care» I received. Rather they tried to bill my insurance for a new appointment with a General Practitioner. Why? I don’t know, because it wasn’t the case. I was acutely sick and needed care on the spot– which is what I received. My insurance company has tried repeatedly to get the clinic to fill out a form which describes the treatment I received, but the clinic refuses to do so. Rather, they have taken the approach to harass me, and threaten that they will send my case to collections. They want me to pay them, and then chase my insurance company for a refund, because they don’t want to fill out a form. Their stance is that they are not an urgent care facility, despite what it says on their website and the side of their building. I travel often for work, and have never had this experience with an out of state health care provider. So beware: if you are sick and need treatment, the doctors and staff on site will treat you like gold. Their collections and billing department on the other hand will treat you like a criminal.
