The bacon wrapped hot dog was delicious! Service was good. I would recommend this place!

My Fiancée, dog and I have dined at the Easy Street Brasserie several times, and I’m sad to say, the place has gone to $**t since the recent management change. They USED to have a Grilled Cheese sandwich with Short Ribs, that was off the hizzy, but for some god forsaken reason, it was removed from the menu. They also used to allow dogs on the patio, like every other restaurant in Bark Silly, but since the change in leadership, DOGSARESTRICTLYNOTALLOWED. And that includes 3lb Yorkies. Let me explain how it went down … On our list trip there, the three of us sat down on the patio for lunch. Before we had the chance to be disappointed about the changed menu, we were approached by our waitress asking us to LIE about the purpose of our dog. She asked us to say he was a «Service Dog» just in case anyone asked. She asked us to do this because the new mgmt HATESPETS. Then she asked us to move tables to the furthest table on the patio from the door to the building, and place the dog on the raised patio of the property next to the restaurant, and not on their patio. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, and were the ONLY people at the restaurant. Yet we had to be pushed off the property to eat in the alley because we had a dog. THISWAS A PATHETICEXAMPLEOFSERVICE. WEWILLNEVERBEBACK. This place will not be missed when it goes out of business.

I hate to do this, I really do. I have been recommending Easy Street to Park City visitors for years and loved it myself. We went last night and were horrendously disappointed in the service and most of the food. The pulled pork grilled cheese is still excellent and for $ 14 it’s one of the better deals on Main. Unfortunately that’s where our good experience ended. The service was awful and I mean awful. It was service by committee — no short of 6 people attended to us or ran our food and drinks. In football they say if you have more than one quarterback you actually have none. Apparently the same goes for servers. Our overall service was horrible but I will limit to the most annoying example. My GF ordered a Corona Light(for whatever reason) and they brought out a Corona Extra. We thought it was a mistake but they were actually aware she ordered a Light but they were out of it. So instead of asking what she would like instead, they tried to simply slip in a regular Corona and were visibly annoyed when we sent it back. How very, very Utah of them(bartenders that have never had a sip of alcohol or even been in a bar). Why do people order light beers? Because they prefer the flavor to the regular version or because they want a light beer? Usually the latter is the case. People that consume alcohol would know this. Drinking in Utah can be like buying a car from someone who can’t drive. Like having a nudist recommend a washing machine. Like having a software developer give you romantic advice. You just don’t expect that from a place like Easy Street.

I’m talking about Bar Boheme downstairs, never ate upstairs in Easy Street. Hands down, some of the WORSTSERVICEINTOWN! I’ve given this place too many chances because my friends insist it’s good, but let me tell you how ghastly my experiences have been. The first time I ate there over 2 years ago the service and the food were good, but I’ve been about 3 – 4 times within the past year and the service was so horrible I will probably never go back unless I have to. Last October I went for brunch with a girlfriend and it took 3 servers and nearly 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We were sitting on the patio. We were told by the bartender that we could seat ourselves so we sat a table near the entrance. We had at least 2 employees walk past us without even acknowledging us and another server came up to us to tell us that they would go get our server because they weren’t our server. 10 minutes later the male server came to our table with menus and silverware. It took him another 20 minutes to take our food order. First rule of service: work as a team and be an ambassador of your place of employment! Nothing should be below you and if you see someone sit down(regardless if it’s your section or your teammates), greet them and give them water and menus. It only takes a few seconds to make a first impression and that experience will not only impact that waiter’s $, but eventually it will impact yours too! The server seemed stressed, the food took forever, and needless to say, no one went above and beyond the remainder of the meal to make up for the initial waiting. Second experience, also on the patio, was in March 2012. Met up with a friend for lunch. Waited patiently for service again, took over an hour for lunch, and the server messed up my order, but I didn’t say anything and just ate my meal because I was that hungry. Third experience was inside during lunch right after they reopened this June. Again, servers do not take initiative and definitely don’t work as a team. Let me say this loud and clear– MANAGEMENT: PLEASETRAINYOURSTAFFTOWORKTOGETHERANDBEAMBASSADORSOFYOURBRAND! I’ve been in the service industry for over 5 years, I’ve had amazing meals, I’ve had crappy meals… regardless of how good your food is, which, Easy Street does have some good food, your staff is the reflection of your business. I will no longer endure going somewhere that seems like the servers think I’m a burden on their day.

I recently embarked on a fun-filled trip to Park City, Utah where I spent my days playing in the snow, shopping, and eating all the tasty things Park City had to offer! It just so happened to be pretty warm on my last day, so we decided to head to Easy Street, which is smack dab in the middle of downtown and part of the Sky Lodge. Luckily, it was the end of the snow season so we had no problem getting the perfect seat outside, just under the warm sun! Not too surprisingly, my eyes were bigger than my stomach, which caused me to order way more than necessary, therefore we ended up eating family style! The staff was friendly, accommodating, and just a breath of fresh air! If you are ever in Park City be sure to visit Easy Street! Check out my blog ;)

This place was quite good, tried a few of their appetizers, the soup and the burger. The ambiance and service were also quite impressive. there is a parking structure across the street which can save you quite a bit of a walk. The only downside is the price, this place is at least $$$.

Easy Street has a great location on Main Street and great décor. I got the burger and for the price I found it pretty average. I really wanted to love this place. I am not in any way saying it was bad. It was just… average. The décor didn’t match the food. I may try it again next year.

Oh, Easy Street. We spent a rather eventful evening on new years eve here. Looks like they overbooked and asked if they could seat us downstairs. It was louder and livelier so we happily obliged. Our visit included pretty sweet live music along with a woman seated next to us with a drag queen version of Dolly Parton going on(note: not an actual drag queen, just a woman aspiring to be one). Our server was over the top amazing and genuinely friendly. Calamari and buffalo carpaccio were quite good, and the sauteed mussels I got were very good. The server made an awesome suggestion that the extra sauce was great with bread. They had a cocktail that won some award for 2011 with apples and sugar and cinnamon and I am going to get crazy and assert that it was the best cocktail I’ve ever had. It may have been new years eve, but I doubt I’ve ever ordered four of any cocktail before. They asked us if we wanted move into the next room, clearly intended for dancing and debauchery for the new year. We were the only people there, slowly joined by a family with children(awkward). We left with big plans of going to a real bar only to find they were all full and/or charging stupidly high covers. Back to Easy Street! We came back to said room to find it was quite happening, along with plenty of hot chicks getting out of control. Though still with the same family and children(still awkward). Food was great, drinks were great, service was great, slightly strange yet lovably charming. Not sure what else we could’ve asked for.

Food was«OK», service was«OK», atmosphere downstairs was quite nice — wine cellar with glass so you could see it, decent bar, nice dark wood theme, grand piano, and small waterfall on patio in back of restaurant were nice touches. Burger was good, though fairly greasy/wet for my taste. The chicken pot pie was not bad, though it was small, lacking decent amount of veggies, had miniscule bits of chicken, had a fairly heavy crust, and a nice small green salad side seemed to have a truffle oil essence, which was light and delicious. Really just an average experience. Some confusion about dining room being closed, yet they were still open but only downstairs during lunch hours…

Yummy! I must admit — I didn’t really want to come here. We were given a gift card for our anniversary and that’s the only reason we ended up here. Upon entering, we were shuttled downstairs, which I thought was much more casual and cozy than the upstairs, with a guitarist strumming away and a fireplace and of course, a bar. We brought our own wine and they didn’t even charge us a corkage fee! Papa D, not feeling very hungry, ordered a small bowl of mussels, which were sitting in a tangy tomato broth and were absolutely delectable. I ordered the lamb burger and was transported to Yassou’s, my favorite Greek restaurant back home. I felt like I was eating a gyro. It was outstanding, and I highly recommend it. Chocolate fondue was the highlight of the night — wonderful, delicious melted chocolate served with bananas, strawberries, and rice crispy treats! I wish they would have included marshmallows or angel food cake, but oh well, I guess you can’t have everything!

My wife had the roasted chicken, which came as a half chicken, roasted with rosemary, and was so moist and flavorful! I had the easy street burger, which had bacon, roasted garlic, carmelized onions and blue cheese bits. Delicious meal, and considering the other pricey options on the menu, still stayed within our budget.

Easy Street Brasserie provides a classy, yet unpretentious experience for those cruising Main Street looking for tasty French-inspired cuisine. Entering on the top floor, I immediately noticed the open pass-thru kitchen and was mesmerized by all the meticulous prep work going on backstage(or maybe I should say«on-stage»). Looking around further revealed an attention to cultural & cuisine detail, from the antique paintings and rich window dressings, to the oil-rubbed bronze hardware, sconces, and other finishings throughout. If you’re not up for the white tablecloth setting, venture downstairs for a more casual meal amongst live music, a bustling bar scene, and high-top tables nestled within a rustic wood-clad setting. After yet another day of fantastic Utah skiing, I ordered their lobster mac & cheese, and my friend ordered a steak. Both were plated nicely, and tasted even better than they looked. While heavy on the cheese and garnished with some parsley and freshly-diced tomatoes, a bit more substance(read: lobster) would have made my lobster mac & cheese even more fulfilling. Despite this place being in the middle of a pricey ski town, food was delicious and service was excellent from start to finish. Next time I’m coming back for that T-bone lamb!

Enjoyed a late lunch here on Saturday. Service was friendly and quick, and lunch prices were not bad — around $ 12/entrée. I had the duck salad, which was fantastic but light, so if you were starving, not a great option. It was the perfect amount of food for me since I was expecting a huge dinner in a couple hours. My aunt got the french onion soup and the house salad combo, and enjoyed both. Lunch was served downstairs in a more casual rustic bar that was a fun place to hang out and enjoy the afternoon.

Cookies to Cream Cilantro to Avocado English muffins to Jam(Mmm all of those nooks and crannies) Whips to a Dominatrix(Ah, all of those nooks and… what wha!?) Rum to Soda These things just work well together! That’s how it is with your taste buds and the food at Easy Street. Seeing that this was the only restaurant we had a chance to visit I would say that I’m more then content. The flavor that exudes from these dishes made my tongue do a happy dance, made my stomach urn for more, and turned my brain into a food zombie. We sat in the bar area downstairs which would have been more of my preference since the up stairs look more like fine dining. The bar has a small seating area and then the patio which looked like a lot of fun. The service was a tad slow at times, they were busy, but overall our waiter gave great recommendations and was prompt with our food. So everything was very, very good! The one thing that blew up the rest was the Truffle Mac and Cheese Au Gratin with Asparagus. I know us American’s are obsessed with Truffles but they are so good. But it wasn’t just the Truffle, the Asparagus and cheese combined with homemade noodles… If I had to pick one item to share on the tv show«The Best Thing I Ever Ate», it would be this. Just a tip, get your own. I know that sounds crazy but it will be stolen from you. Women were orgasming after one bite and then fighting for the rest. Guys were starting duels for the rights to the last bites. It was chaos! Enjoy!

Over the weekend, four girls sipped some serious alcoholic beverages while waiting for their table which was promised in 20 mins. Right on time, we got that phone call and the table was delivered… shiny hostess and all. This was looking good. Real good. But then, we waited for about an hour to get a server to our table. Three out of the four girls were miffed… one was still sipping on that alcoholic beverage that was made out of happy juice. Yay for waiting. All the waiting aside(bad easy street, bad) … the food was scrumptiously awesome. Ladies, that onion soup is so much more than a soup. Great spot for time in between movies… but not if you’re in rush. Never if you’re in a rush!

Have you ever taken a bite from a dish and wished it was never ending??? This was my experience upon ordering THEBRASSERIESALAD(Spring Greens, Truffle Vinaigrette, Point reyes Blue Cheese, Tomato &SWEETPOTATOCHIPS), I customized it with GRILLEDCRUSTEDSALMON, and CAPERS. If they had just served me a cup of this amazing dressing I would have been in heaven. The Blue Cheese was creamy and opposite to the magical capers :) The Salmon fillet was grilled to perfection, tender and buttery with every bite. The Sweet Potatoe Chips were such an amazing surprise with every bite, tangy, sweet and crispy! I ordered ahead and my order was ready in no time. Super friendly pick up hostess. Picked up a dessert menu so I will for sure return!

If you’re in Park City and miss a chance to dine here, you’re doing yourself a disservice. At Easy Street’s Bar Boheme, they do everything right. The promise of their French onion soup with gruyère lured me in and turned out even better than expected. The bartender/waiter treated me like I was the only one there. Okay, so at first I was actually the only person there except for a couple across the room. BUT, this attentive service continued throughout my dining experience as both the indoor and outdoor seating quickly filled up. I asked about the Bloody Mary Bar listed on the menu and, explaining it’ll start in June, the bartender described his standard preparation for a Bloody Mary and it sounded too good to pass up. And it was. Peppery and richly flavored, I didn’t know one could taste so yummy. And here I should qualify — I’m not much of a drinker. I can remember the one other time I ordered a drink with a meal before noon, so the fact that it sounded good enough to order with lunch should speak volumes. The short rib grilled cheese is a tasty bite of heaven with such scrumptious flavor you’ll find yourself savoring every bite. The accompanying fries were topped with a touch of rosemary and what were either chives or green onions. Fries are usually just fries, but these were brilliant. If I ever find myself back in Park City, I’ll be eagerly anticipating another chance to eat at Bar Boheme.

Great place to have dinner on Main Street! Make reservations in advance. This restaurant like many popular ones on Main Street get booked up early. We had a table right next to the open kitchen and I wanted to order everything the chefs dished out. Total bill $ 85 included: –French Onion Soup Bourbon Onion Soup Baked with Provolone and Gruyère Cheese –Marinated Olives with Humus, and Flat Bread –Brasserie Shrimp Cocktail –Sautéed Mussels with Herbs, White Wine, Tomato Sauce and Grilled Bread –Braised Short Ribs Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus & Stout Demi-Glacé The french onion soup was good, but not the best I’ve had. Everything else was wonderful! We made the mistake of dining at Chimayo the next night. The entire time we were at Chimayo I wishing I was here instead!

I gotta feeling that tonight’s gonna be a good night, that tonight’s gonna be a good night, that tonight’s gonna be a good good night Tonight’s the night night, Let’s live it up, I got my money Let’s spend it up… because at easy street café drop the money, because it will be a good night after that this beautiful and charming restaurant has this origami folded menu that screams delishness! we ordered a lot, and after a day of skiing. or rather falling in the snow in deer valley. we needed some good warmness in our belly. let’s see. what did we not order? felt like we ordered the whole menu of apps! the raw oysters were nice and fresh! huge little suckers! salads were yummy, and the one with the truffle oil dressing. did you know you could find bliss in a salad? chicken pops were fancy pants fun. my friends rack of lamb was a happy little dish! the muscles were uberly delish and in the best broth you could just bathe in it! and the beef short rib. woah woah woah! did you know meat could melt in your mouth like that? Ooo. and crème brûlée. knock knock that little sugary surface was hardened to perfection. that night was a good night, and it started off the night with a lovely meal at easy street. why you ask this does not get the deserving 5 stars? the server/waitress was just a bit off. maybe it was the xanax she was off. but woah! how many times did you need to ask our order… but all in all. beautiful beautiful meal at the easy street brasserie… and seriously. now after reading this review, you know you want to go. and of course are angry at me that you have that song stuck in your head :)
