Horrible return policy — I brought in an obviously defective item — (however, didn’t think to keep the receipt). The employee would not give store credit or swap out to identical item. If you buy something here, you need to keep the receipt — don’t rely on the goodwill of the store — there is none.

There are well priced items here but their service is terrible! A guy named Will was super rude… I guess sometimes you just burn out. His buddy said both Will and himself are the managers. Imagine what employees they have if they lead by example.
I’d say come here expecting to find your items on your own! At least, store stays organized even in the middle of chaos the weekend before Christmas.
Long lines but well staffed with all registers open. The whole experience wasn’t that bad but bad service always leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
