Sandwiches, salads, soups & dessert — much to choose from. Best value is Chose 2(whole sandwich, ½ salad, ½ soup) for $ 7.99. We both had Italian Club & Strawberry Chicken Salad. With this comes a roll & a chocolate covered strawberry. Added a caramel brownie — very good. Would definitely return.

They scrimped on the large salad portions compared to our Zupa locations in Salt Lake. It was really a downer.

fresh good food beyond expectations! my favorite soup salad sandwich place ever… clean, great service due to higher than normal wages… and if you need to go next door for some hand cut French fries at Five Guys…

Nice selection of soups, salads and pannini sandwiches. I like the lobster bisque though it is usually too salty. I ask for hot water to dilute the soup which works well. California Cobb salad is good. Soup and sandwich or soup and salad combo for under $ 9. Decent value for Park City. Glad to have this place in town.

This is our go to place when we want quick fresh healthy food. I like everything they serve. My favorite soup is the lobster bisque and sandwich is crab avacado, salad is the chicken berry. It’s always busy. It comes with a piece of bread and chocolate dipped strawberry.

The food was nothing out of the ordinary. Very similar to Panera Bread. The staff was a little to overfriendly which made deciding on my meal feel rushed.

THISPLACEISAMAZING and I couldn’t stop raving about it in between my bites of salad. To be honest, I’ve only tried their Strawberry Harvest Chicken salad, but it was damn good and I would kill to have a Zupas near my office back in NYC. They really put the time into the salad to make it look both pretty and appetizing. Also, the strawberries and apples are really fresh and add a lot of flavor to the dish. One thing I would say to watch out for is how much dressing they put in. When they go heavy with the dressing it really kills the entire dish; so, to be safe I recommend asking them to go light or just getting the dressing on the side. Oh, and to top it all off you get a free chocolate covered strawberry.

This is a great place to create your own salad, have soup and dessert. They have a phone charger bar if you need. Great light lunch!

Salads, soups and sandwiches are great! Nuts about Berries is great. Fountain Drink prices are a ripoff. Go across patio to 5 Guys for drink. They have no clue about gluten-free. Beware if allergy.

They got rid of the Turkey Cranberry sandwich. This place is dead to me. Not to mention the fact that whenever you go to this place they herd you through the line rudely pushing you along. I mean, I get it, you want to keep the line moving. But holy cow take it easy people, if I’m the only person in line don’t yell at me and act all upset when I don’t know what to order the second I walk up to the bar. Overall, this place is alright. But there’s no service. And they got rid of the one good entrée they had. Again, dead to me.

This place was extremely understaffed. We had to wait for our food forever. Once our food was prepared we had to wait even longer to pay for the food. The workers were nice and tried to do the best under the circumstances but it just took a while from when we walked in til when we sat down to eat. Otherwise the food was good as it always is at zupas!

We’ve done the drive between Colorado and California so many times and I always dread the amount of fast food we have to eat… So glad that’s changed! Zupa’s is an incredible healthy alternative for a quick to-go meal. The soups are rich in flavor and the quinoa/kale salad was better than what I could make at home… You can tell the ingredients are farm fresh. Definitely keeping this place on our must-stop list for lunch/dinner.

I’m not a fan of salad for a meal, but this place is changing my mind. The salads are inventive and delicious and I’ve tried about five different kinds. The soup/salad and sandwich combo is a whole sandwich, so it is almost too much food. I like the chocolate dipped strawberry as a nice ending to the meal.

Tonight we went here for dinner with some friends and I was a little hesitant because of experiences in the past but some of our friends wanted to go. So I decided I would try it again. All of our friends went ahead of me and they were being told left and right that they were out of things. It was still an hour before they closed but I think that being out of one or two things is okay because of the time. Lucky for me I had not heard that they were out of the things that I was planning on ordering. So I got up to order what I wanted and they told me that they didn’t have any bread for sandwiches(which is pretty much all I wanted). I ended up going over to 5 Guys for a hamburger. The rest of the group did get something else at Zupa’s. In the end they were out of bread for the sandwiches, normal lettuce for salads, strawberries, dipping bread, and cheesy croutons. When we wanted to speak with the manager she just hid in the back and said she was busy. The staff was talking about us the whole time we were there because we were asking for things that normally come with the meal I guess… Needless to say, I will not be going back to Café Zupa’s again. I have now learned that it doesn’t matter what location you go to, it will always be the same.

I love zupas in salt lake! This location is ok. Zupas is great for a quick bite(probably could be considered«fast food» but on the healthy side) so we stopped by for a quick lunch. Parking can be a bit crowded, since this is one of the few more affordable places in park city. Staff was ok, and the place was clean. Not the extra friendly welcome I get at other locations, but they weren’t unfriendly. My mangoberry salad was a bit light on the dressing and on the smaller side. I asked for more dressing and it wasn’t an issue. Overall ok, but if I’m in park city I should probably eat some place that I can’t find in the valley! ;-)

Man, what is up with these restaurants in Utah? I can’t seem to find a decent meal anywhere here! I have a condo in Park City so I was excited to find that there was a new quick service food option nearby. I tried Café Zupas for the first time and while there were some positive aspects to the place, there is also plenty to not like about it. First, you get the feeling that the restaurant is trying to convey a healthy image. Nice colors and names of spices and herbs create the décor of the airy, comfortable space. The food I ordered felt, shall we say, less than healthy. I opted for a create your own salad and a half bowl of creamy cauliflower soup. The soup was more like a big bowl of heavy cream instead of a nice, chunky veggie soup. It was good, but far from healthy(there was NO nutrition information posted anywhere which makes their«healthy and wholesome» image all that more suspicious). I’m not sure I’d order soup here again unless and until they post some nutritional information. I tried samples of a couple of other soups but they were so salty I couldn’t stomach any of them. I opted for a full size create your own salad. The employees behind the counter ask you what you want and they make the salad for you. I had blue cheese dressing and mixed greens. The first person will toss the lettuce with your chosen dressing. My salad didn’t have enough dressing in it and I like a small amount to begin with(they were very skimpy on the dressing). Next up is the assembly line where you tell the employees what you want to add on top. Here is the part that really bothered me: not only are they SUPERSKIMPY with the toppings, but they only scoop the toppings on top of your salad — they don’t even take the time TOPROPERLYTOSSTHEINGREDIENTSINTOYOURSALAD. Big failure here. I was also super bummed when I found several brown and black SLIMY lettuce leaves in my salad bowl. I had fished out about 8 of these leaves and had tossed them in the trash before my husband said«you should photograph that to put on Unilocal.» The photo you see is a shot of 3 of those BLACKANDSLIMY lettuce leaves. No restaurant should serve slimy lettuce to anyone. This also made me question their wholesome and fresh ingredient spiel. The salad ingredients and toppings were fun and inventive(strawberries, cashews, bacon, sunflower seeds, red peppers, etc.), but watch out — every little thing will cost you extra! Extra this, extra that, extra $ 1 here and there. The soups can be topped with yummy extras(they asked me if i wanted cheese and bacon on my cauliflower soup and the correct answer in that case is always«heck yes», but they neglected to inform me that it would cost me $ 1.25 extra to do so. Be aware that EVERYTHING costs extra here. The two of us spent almost $ 35 on a quick lunch for two(two salads, two sodas and two soups). I think that’s way too pricey for what you get. Each meal comes with a chocolate topped strawberry(tasty and just the right size for a little sweet treat to end your meal) and a hunk of white French bread. The bread was cold and tasted like something straight out of the bag at your local grocery store. If you are expecting a nice, crusty and fresh French baguette like you’d find at Paradise or Panera, you will be very disappointed. This bread is an afterthought and after one bite, it went straight into the trash bin. I’m willing to give Café Zupas another try because of its convenience factor but I’m not in a hurry to go back. Maybe I hit the place on an «off» day or maybe they need more time to work out the kinks.

The enticing aroma of the grill from nearby Five Guys Burgers and Fries enveloped my senses as I walked towards the entrance door. I have to wonder if they did that on purpose since I almost turned around and went to Five Guys instead. This was my first time at any Café Zuppa so the restaurant concept was not immediately apparent(beyond considering that the word ‘zuppa’ is italian for soup). First impression from walking in was that this was going to be fun. The hustle-and-bustle of a large cafeteria, bright colors everywhere including video monitors and murals with pictures of the menu items, even a recharging wall for your electronic devices. It had that over-sized, sterile cookie-cutter, super-high-ceilings, clean, franchise interior design aesthetic like a Café Rio without the tex-mex or warmth. The color scheme was noisily rainbowesque fashion sense of the characters on ‘The Big Bang Theory’. Lots of large flat screen monitors everywhere, include a trio that sat just above the beginning of the ordering line that rotated ~30 second looped infomercials of soups, salads, and sandwiches being made. Walked along the left wall to the ordering line. There were large easy-to-read menu boards with lots of pictures of the food. I will likely never salad here since having someone else put it together does not sound nearly as satisfying as doing it yourself How else can you possibly precisely align your proportions of salad toppings with your personal gustatory chakra. The same reason I like to brush my own teeth. Nobody else could possible know precisely how much toothpaste to put on the brush. Be it sunflower seeds or taste paste, nobody can ever truly know the mind of another. Just hit up the salad bar at the nearby Whole Foods which has a larger selection of options and is serve yourself. The next stations were for sandwiches and then soups then desserts and then the cashiers, which created lots of telephone games since the people at each station were constantly telling each other the details of the current order as the customer moved down the line. The professional and pleasant customer service almost went overboard. I was asked by three different people if I wanted to upgrade the soup with humongous asiago cheese croutons. Same with the fake looking desserts. No thanks. No thanks. No thanks. The food was served up on real dishware that was a fun bright red color. Café Zuppa offers the same magically-delicious golden sugar/fat/salt ratio that all fast food franchises strive to achieve, yet with the bonus of freshness. The large sign on a wall near our table that said«Housemade» was apt marketing. But no fresh baking smells like the tortillas at Café Rio or nearby Kneaders bakery. Both the soup and panini had decent portion sizes contributing nicely to the fat/salt aspect of the ratio, while the softdrink bar that offered fountain drinks with free italian soda syrup flavorings, located on the flip side of the charging station, represented the sugar arm of the ratio. Near the soft drink bar were some awesome hot sauces, including soul-satisfying essentials like Daves insanity sauces and the green cap rooster logo’d sriacha sauce. The crab avocado panini should have been called the carb avocado panini. carbo-bombini. Though the avocado slices were fresh and the crab meat itself seemed authentic and not too salty, the crab filling had way too high of a filling-to-crab ratio. Hard to tell if the filling was mayonnaise or philly cream cheese or melted white cheese or what. In any case, the excess filling was boring and totally unnecessary. The dense bread was pressed on the grill well enough but brushed with too much oil laquer. The aftertaste of low-quality olive oil is the wrong kind of italian. Also embedded into the sandwich were slices of low quality white bacon fat, similar to that found in fast food restaurants dollar menu sandwiches. Perhaps I should looked more closely at the actual menu before ordering. The lobster bisque was the high point of lunch– flavorful, rich, and butter-creamy. The small chunks of fresh tomato gave it a wonderful acidity that brought out the lobster flavor. The lobster flecks were more than minuscule. I also liked that it was not too salty. Almost as good as the nearby Whole Foods lobster bisque. At first I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the combo came with a chocolate-dipped strawberry. But then I tried it. The strawberry was small and yellowish and the chocolate was cheap artificial halloween candy style milk chocolate. Probably only come here again if someone else wanted to or if I desired a convenient fresh salad, panini, or soup and the nearby Whole Foods was closed.
