I really don’t know why this place has bad reviews. The food was quite amazing, so much flavor! We had the beat salad, which was delicious. We also had octopus salad, which I don’t even like octopus and somehow they turned it into my favorite dish. The clams had a wonderful saffron flavored broth. And lastly, the patatas bravas were very good. Also the service was great and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. This place is a must!

Delish! Came with a group and all of the food and drinks were great. The timing of the meal was excellent. Gillian took good care of us!

Was excited hearing about this place. Was excited when we walked in. Was excited when I read the menu. Wasn’t too disappointed in the marg but not impressed. Wasn’t very impressed with the octopus salad but it wasn’t that bad. Wasn’t at all impressed with the meetballs, dry. Was angry at the patatas bravas, undercooked and soggy. Nasty. Carne plate: chicken bad ribs bad chorizo dry steak insanely chewy. Pasilla peppers not impressive but not awful. If you’re still reading, not awful was the highlight of the food and drink. Should get 1 star but I don’t do that unless I’ve been somewhere more than once.

1st night in town. Ate early had a reservation for 5PM place was empty but started to fill rapidly. Service was decent. We had the Beet Salad which was good. Brussels sprouts were OK. Lamb chop lollipops were small and ok. Meat tray had tasteless ribs and brisket decent chicken skewers and sausage and excellent sauce. Would probably not eat there again.

Bland and tasteless. Had high expectations and the food greatly disappointed. Gambas lacked enough garlic, beet salad was more lettuce than beets, piquillo peppers tasted like it had chicken of the sea inside. Patatas bravas was tasty. Only saving grace. So so service.

We started with the Beet salad and it was excellent. Next came the Piquillo Peppers. They were a new and enjoyable experience. Very nice restaurant and atmosphere.

Pretty bad. Paella was flavorless. Our food came out before our drinks and the potato bravas weren’t done. I don’t like to write bad reviews but for the price it’s one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to in a while. Side note– the waiter was nice and worked hard

Fabulous new place in Park City! We’ve been coming to PC for many years, dining at all the top trendy spots, and this was one of the best meals we’ve had in town! Not only was it one of the best, but it’s also one of the most reasonably priced! Our party of 3 was seated promptly for our 7:00 reservation(it’s a small restaurant behind Summit Watch), and had drinks on the table within 5 minutes: a special Manhattan, sangria, and a really nice $ 8 glass of Rioja. No strangers to tapas, we honed right in on some of our favs and added a few recommended by our excellent waiter. To start, we ordered the selection of Spanish meats and cheeses complemented by grilled bread, house-cured olives and spicy almonds. While you can’t choose your meats and cheeses, we fully enjoyed everything on the large platter. Next we had a big bowl of refreshing spinach salad with apple and manchego. All the other dishes arrived nearly simultaneously: 4 good-sized ham and manchego croquettes with a drizzle of aioli, 9 – 10 jumbo shrimp in garlic sauce, a good-sized bowl of Brussels sprouts w bacon, 4 – 5 beef and pork meatballs with delicious tomato sauce, and 4 lamb lollipops with chimmichuri sauce. It was a feast! We saved a speck of room for the out-of-this-world deconstructed pavlova with berries and cream, and practically licked the dish! With two additional glasses of Rioja along with coffee, our bill was $ 150! Most of the tapas were $ 10 – 15 though the meat and cheese platter ran $ 18. They also have two larger dishes including seafood paella for two($ 32) or four. We will DEFINITELY be back next year!

I am a huge fan of Tapas so this was an easy sell. We ended up getting the lamb, meat and cheese plate, and the brussel sprouts. The lamb tapas were my favorite by far. They were cooked perfectly paired with a flavorful chumichurri. The brussel sprouts were all quite tasty with that bacon flavor. My only issue was the prosciutto was a bit tough and in my experiences, it should melt in your mouth. It also got a bit noisy but I guess that would be expected on a Friday night.

I really enjoyed the food here. Everything tastes great. We especially enjoyed the chicken croquettes but it was all delicious.

Wonderful new addition to Park City. Delicious food, drinks and great service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a blast at this place. Every single dish exceeded our expectations. Hope to visit this place again in the near future!

Food was very good, service was horrible. We placed 2 orders and after an hour we asked about the second order that never came, waitress had not put it in. There are so many other great places, I would skip this one.

I went to high school in Spain and I’m very critical of Spanish food, and this was one of the best Spanish meals I’ve had outside of Spain. From the Sangria to the Salchichons for dessert– this place is the real deal. The service was great, even on a ridiculously busy night– we’ll be back here often.

I have to agree with the other reviews– Service was terrible– It took over 30 minutes for the waitress to even look our way and another 1.5 hours to get our food. The plates were not bussed, the food was terrible… and I will never go back!1 Forgot to mention our table was literally next to the restroom…

This new restaurant is a great departure from some of the Main Street staples. Our family was warmly welcomed by the hostess and promptly seated in this simple yet elegant tapas restaurant. Our server was attentive and helped us through the menu. Everything was excellent and we can’t wait to come back!

We came here for dinner on Saturday after Christmas, arguably one of the busiest nights in Park City. Not only was the restaurant severely understaffed, but the food was horrendous and the wine selection was even worse. Our waitress was unfriendly and not trained on how to command a table or open a bottle of wine. The hostess was welcoming but it stopped there. Throughout the meal we had 4 – 5 plates a person(there were 6 of us), and not a single dish was ever bussed, even after we had paid the check and were entirely finished eating. There was a 20% gratuity included in the bill which was most certainly not deserved. Now for the food… having traveled extensively we were excited for paella and ordered it as soon as we sat down. It was the most disappointing dish set before us. The rice was undercooked, it was unseasoned and the seafood was fishy. Do not go order this if you have ever had decent paella anywhere else. We also had the brussel sprouts — bland, covered in undercooked bacon and oil, patatas brevas — basically frozen home fries covered in aoli and tomato sauce, gambas alijio — frozen shrimp with garlic butter, chicken alijio — white meat, simple but the best part of the meal, octopus — chewy and disgusting but came with a fairly decent salad, grilled asparagus — simple, the best dish we had but super basic, fried Brie — wannabe upscale cheese stick balls, and lamb lollipops — okay but nothing special. The wine selection is all Spanish/South American — which is amazing, but the most expensive bottle retails for $ 16 which is a little low for this part of town. To call this a wine bar is laughable. Maybe a bargain wine bar but nothing like you’d expect from a decent place in Park City. We love trying new places and we were really looking forward to a tapas place on Main Street. We have never had a worse experience here in Park City(we are homeowners and spend 6 – 8 weeks here at least). We will not return to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal in town.

Wow, we just got back from this new place tonight(12÷26÷15), and I was about to give them a nice Unilocal review, but then read the prior posting tonight and was appalled at the single star rating. First off, read some of my other reviews. I eat at many high end places and quite frankly can be quite critical. When I pay $ 20 – 40 a plate, I expect it to approach outstanding. Now, we start with a reservation for 4 for 7:00, and was greeted by a nice hostess who informed us that some prior diners were hours late for their reservation so our table would be severely delayed. This didn’t start well, but with some New York charm we were seated within 5 – 10 minutes miraculously. Anyway, we were seated in this smaller Resturant and the experience took a nice positive turn. Well, ok, the staff is three weeks into this endeavor, it’s Saturday December 26’th, so I’m cutting them a lot of slack. Service did start a little slow, but a couple minutes to be brought bread and menus isn’t really a big deal. Yes we brought our own wine, and the corkage took another few minutes, but the staff were pleasant. So, if you’ve read this far, let me lead to the reason for the 4 stars. The food was outstanding. The octopus salad was delicious. The octopus was perfectly prepared, tender, moist, and succulently seasoned to perfection and served over a bed of fresh spring greens with complimentary vinaigrette. The fried calamari was also perfectly prepared, nice and tender, not greasy, and perhaps lacked a bit of sauce that I’d have preferred, but did come drizzled with perhaps an aiole and a spicy aiole. It was wonderful. The beet salad was scrumptious as well. The meat platter consisted of some of the best chicken skewers I’ve ever had, again very moist and tender, well, seasoned etc… And I do not order chicken out in a resturant as a rule, but it came on the platter. The pork ribs were done nicely in a vinegary sauce, there were two home made sausages, and a perfectly seasoned and cooked a wonderful medium-rare hangar steak. Look, the service was good. Not perfect, but they were all wonderfully friendly. Perhaps they needed a little more maturity, but again, it’s three weeks old, and it’s Saturday after Christmas so come on… I’m pressing to make this a 4 star experience based on my high expectations, but after reading the slam review just before me tonight, I boosted the rating because the food quality was really quite good, and the service was very friendly. I hope this place polishes itself quickly, but it’s one of the better food experiences in PC(the city with a LOT of overpriced bad«Cisco» food) Oh, one constructive criticism — it scold every topi me someone opens the door to the outside. If you can’t get some double doors or an «air blade» kind of heater, at least put up a thick curtain or anything to keep the cold blasts out…

This is a fantastic new tapas place in Park City! It has only been open a couple of weeks. We saw the advertisement in the Park Record for a new restaurant on Main St. and living in Old Town decided to go check it out. The food was excellent!!! The pricing for Main St. was very reasonable! The wine prices were also reasonable for downtown. And no corkage fee for your first bottle of wine brought in! Amazing! We tried several of their tapas plates and loved them all! We will certainly be returning to try more from their menu.
