Abode Park City

Abode Park City is awesome! Abode at Arrowood was amazing. Great view of the slopes at Lower Deer Valley. Close to slopes and downtown. Abode had my fridge stocked with great local beers and snacks. They are willing to accommodate you with anything you want. I have stayed at several hotels and resorts in Park City but I never will again. Abode Park City is the only way to go.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Abode Park City to house or wedding guests over Labor Day Weekend. From start to finish everyone at Abode was a pleasure to work with. The house was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we needed. The wedding went off without a hitch and I sincerely believe it’s because our guests were so comfortable and relaxed. Thank you very much for everything, it was the trip of a lifetime.

Two years running I have tried to rent a home at Sundance for Abode. Last year they realized too late that the dates for the festival had changed and they tried to cancel my contract by telling me the owner wanted to use the property. When I protested because it was very close to the festival and few properties were available they relented and told me they had rented one of their other properties to the owner but did try to talk me into paying more because they didn’t realize it was Sundance. At the end of the stay I locked in the home again for this year. Now I have been called and told the owner is not cooperating and the property will no longer be available for rental. Only smaller and more expensive properties are available as a replacement. When I asked to simply refund my money the property immediately became available but for a higher rate. My experience with them has been one of dishonesty and manipulation. Buyer beware.

We just got married in Park City and rented a house on Park Ave from Cole at Abode. The house and the service we got was top-​notch, it was a pleasure working with them. The house was in a great location and made it a wonderful «home base» for the weekend. Underground parking was very convenient and the house was beautiful and in great condition. Highly recommend working with Abode. Their smartphone app was great as well. These guys are very good at what they do, you are in good hands if you chose to rent through Abode.
