Pizza Hut

The service SUCKS! Point blank. Every time me and my spouse come to dine in they can’t get anything right. We keep trying back in hopes that it was just one bad employee but so far it’s EVERYONE they hire have no customer service or work skills period. They get our order wrong everytime. We ordered a bbq pizza… they forgot the bbq. When we ask the waitress if it’s suppose to have BBQ in place of the sauce (knowing well that it does, we just want to see their response) she stared at us and was quiet and lost in space then says… uhhh no. I think just a drizzle on top. Wow. As well as they can never tell us the specials or deals or honor there online deals. We have even called in orders and there completely LOST. They take forever to come seat you EVEN when there is NO ONE here eating. Paris pizza hut is the WORST. Yes, it has a nice atmosphere inside mainly because its new construction and décor but falls short on cleanliness. If i could put less than one star I would.

They got my order wrong, adding an ingredient to which I am allergic, then refused to make it right. $ 12.00 down the drain. I won’t be back.

First this is Paris. So four stars is based on other available food in the area. The pizza at PH is solid and the wings are good.
The dine in is pleasant and the atmo is decent. What they lack is staff to properly handle customers that want to eat inside.
I have waited way to long to order every-​time I eat in but once you order it arrives without issue.
Most employees don’t look happy to work there but that appears to be a pay/​management problem.
