Paris Honda-Yamaha-Harley Davidson

Always heard about the lack of customer service as well as the horror stories concerning this dealership. Yesterday I witnessed this first hand. Stopped by with a 4 wheeler, looking to maybe trade it in, and if not, just plop down cash on a brand new one. After 30 minutes of standing around, saying excuse me, could I get some help here and being stared at but not one of the several sales associates who were standing around could even speak to us, we left.
Paris HD, no wonder your bad reputation proceeds you and continues to grow in infamy. I ALWAYS pay cash for anything I buy, and you have lost out on all my business now and forever.

We spent about $ 1000 to replace a tire, fluids, and brake pads. They said they would wash the bike and have it all cleaned up, and it is covered in soap scum! That on top of having to constantly be on them for any information about the bike during the week+ that they had it, and constantly having the day/​time it would be ready for pick up was just beyond ridiculous. Next time we will take it the extra hundred or so miles to Texarkana.
