I’m a visitor, my mom is in hospital.
Chili’s is the closest restaurant
I’ve been here at different times of day, 3 days in a row. Sat in the bar and service was awful all 3 times.
I ordered soup twice only to be told immediately that they had no soup.
Odd?
The waitstaff act like I’m a bother… my waitress definitely has somewhere else to be…

I once loved Chili’s but the last 2 visits to this one — service was horrible. Dec 26, 2014 and then again today. Three servers today were outside smoking when we pulled up and came right in when we did — didn’t go wash his hands and then he ended up being our sever and did he ever smell like smoke. The rest of our experience was terrible and I’m thinking we will not go back — at least to this location!

Visited Chili’s on a Friday night and got right in, which is unusual. I tried the Cajun pasta. It was very good. Just the right amount of spice. I would enjoy Chili’s more if they wouldn’t seat me near uncontrolled children. The last time I was here the kid in the booth behind me was kicking the seat. This time there was one yelling in the aisle. Not Chili’s fault.

The last couple of times we have went the parking lot was sparse and were told we would have to wait 30 minutes for a table… Really? One server said even if they did have a table they couldn’t get us served and through within the 90 minutes time we allotted. Just seems that every since new management has come in the establishment could care less if eat there or not. We use to love and enjoy Chilli’s. I will go to Magel’s or Applebee’s from here on out…

What do you expect from a Chili’s in Paris, TX… They were out of everything because their «truck didn’t come in» so I was limited as to what I could order. I decided to go with the chicken fajitas and that was a mistake. They food was cold and the tortillas tasted like paper. This is why I don’t usually go to Chili’s when I am in a small town. I should have just stuck to my regular hole in the walls that are usually gambles that pay off.
