Victoria’s Secret

Super busy but they had tons of employees to keep up with it! Well organized and stocked for how much traffic they see.

This store is nice and big and very organized. It’s newly renovated and hey everyone done a fantastic job. Veniece was very helpful and knew a lot about the products and promotions in the beauty section. There are always plenty of Associates available to help you. Lines could be shorter but it’s a popular store.

I am always happy with Victoria’s Secret. They have everything I need to feel that certain sexy even when in a business atmosphere. This store is well staffed and always kept clean. Conveniently located in the Garden State Plaza. Staff is very friendly and offers help.

This is more a review of the current staff rather than the store itself, but: Chervice and Janine provide excellent customer service, are very knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to help you find the best individual style/​fit for you. I went on a crowded Friday during noontime hours but I was attended to as if I were only one of a few customers in the store. Very pleased!

This is a massive VS location. So many rooms, you could get lost in here.

Since it’s a corner store, there are a few entrances/​exits, and I seriously think I’ve used a different exit every single time I’ve shopped here. Oh well lol. At least GSP is shaped like a square — I’ll get back to where I was going eventually, right?
Shopping here is a little overwhelming. GSP tends to have a younger, larger crowd, and therefore the VS is a popular location. It’s a little messy, a little confusing, and finding a sales associate is like finding a needle in a haystack, if your haystack happens to be filled with excited teenagers. But size is also an advantage, because if VS sells it, it’s probably going to be stocked at its very popular location. I’ve also seen a sizable NFL/​MLB display here, so if you’re looking for your Yankees/​Giants VS gear (or Mets/​Jets, I won’t judge), you have a good chance of finding it in this massive store.
Shopping at this VS is an adventure, but one worth taking if you want to brave the crowds for the most size/​style options & a huge selection. Just don’t forget the bread crumbs …
