Avoid. They returned suit to me with SOMEONE ELSE’s pants. Owner who was very hard to get a hold of said she would go out shopping to find a close matching pair of pants! (a close match to suit pants!). After months and months of calling them — In then end, she never compensated or replaced the suit pants. She never even refunded the cost of cleaning the suit she lost the pants too. We since then filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. Avoid this cleaner at all costs.

They were unable to take ink stains out from my pants and couple of my shirt fabrics became more prone to tearing after I got them dry cleaned here. I would not trust them with high quality fabrics.
I was not happy with customer service — I have been to this place 4 – 5 times and I have never seen the owner. When i requested to see the owner I was given a phone number — that’s it.
Also, CAUTION with the Unilocal coupon — you HAVE to use it in a SINGLE visit — they will not make any exceptions.

My clothes have never been cleaner! Great service and even better results. They even got month old stains out of my shirt. Will definitely be back.
