Terrible customer service and lie to sell you products. They are nice until you need help. I called all day and the manager was always out to lunch.

So called customer service about a change of ownership to my phone plan and was told it can only be done at a corporate store with both parties(my father and I) present… Drove all the way to the corporate store. No line. Great! My dad shows up soon. Ask for help with change of ownership. The representative says she cant do it and that kind of request its only done online by the customer. we ask if she can do it since we were told a different story and drive all the way over to Sprint. She said she is «not allowed». Call customer service again. They speak with the representative. Customer service is very professional and apologetic but can’t really resolve much. The store representative was off no help. she looked at her personal phone, went to go smoke, tried to sell me a «free» tablet… she also was a little too eager about running my credit for a new Sprint account. What is the point of the store and the clerks? There was no line, so to me there’s no excuse for not helping. The whole«I’m not allowed» was not helpful. I’m sure she wasn’t allowed to text on her phone and take a smoke break either. The whole visit was a waste and the staff did nothing to help. I didn’t find the clerk sincere about wishing she could help. All the store does is try to sell. I will be going to best buy fir a new phone. They are more than helpful there.

I’ve been to this store three times over the last two years. Every time it has taken way longer than necessary because of inept employees who are more concerned with selling than helping you with your problems. After my second visit, I decided to call Sprint customer service. The Sprint customer service rep on the phone helped me with my problem and was perplexed why the associate at the store had sold me another phone/line to take advantage of their BOGO deal. I’ve been«helped» by the same associate the last two times I’ve been here and, in the 8 months between those two visits, he hasn’t developed professionally because he has still had to consult other associates before being able to «help» me. The customer service representatives on the phone are far superior. Do yourself a favor and call them(if you want to sign up for 2 years of mediocre service and pay a monthly $ 10 fee for 4G when you can only get it in Manhattan).
