OK, I am not a fan of MRIs. Who is? The last one I had years ago I tried to escape several times. However, this time it was actually a pleasure. The technician Peter was so concerned with my comfort and happiness. He made sure I was comfortable, handled my claustrophobic issues very well, played music for me during the procedure, and continually checked on me to make sure I was alright. The front desk staff was phenomenal as well. I had issues getting my prescription from a nasty neurologist office and Vanessa at the Open MRI was extremely helpful. She got me in right away and really worked hard to get the horrible mean secretary from the neurologist’s office to give her the prescription. All in all, I had been dreading having this done but it could not have been better. They were truly wonderful.

THIS PLACE IS SUCKS, i did mri scan here and i request fax the report to the doctor and they even can not find it.
THE ATTITUDE OF REPRASENTATIVE IS REALLY RUDE, she just say idont know and don not want to help me find my report
Dont go this place, ther are so many mri centers out ther with good service.

The best place to get an MRI period. They were very polite and attentive with the service. They faxed my report to my MD REAL QUICK since I really needed the results ASAP. They even gave a ride back :) and they have great coffee btw. I hope I do not need another MRI… BUT IF I DO I WILL DEFINITELY come back :))
