I’ve had great experiences with Franc and have worked with him on multiple occassions. I do not know what the issues the others are encountering. All lawyers have help and he and his staff have always been there for me and my family when we needed it.

Great if you want a fraudulent mortgage.

It pisses me off that I cannot give 0 stars! He does not even deserve 1 star. First off, what attorney doesnt call anyone back, ever?
Be very leery of this man and what he is up to. He is in bed with some builders and realtors and I am not sure what is going on. I think the builder is building shoddy places while the realtor and this attorney are collecting fee after fee.
I will be sending my complaint to the department of banking as well because I think something is wrong with this man. He is not professional by any means and the geniuses at his office cost me over a month on a simple closing. I could not be more disappointed with his services.
He doesnt even man up and let you know they dropped the ball. To this day I still have no idea what he looks like or sounds like. When you pay someone $ 1500 in a fee I think a 25 second phone call would be nice, or maybe start by returning one of the 800 messages. SHADY!

this is the most unprofessional attorney’s office i have ever encountered and I come from a very wide array experience of dealing with attorney’s!!! Do not EVER use this attorney Ciambrone. Not only with your deal be completely mucked up, but you will never get him on the phone and just have to deal with his idiot paralegals who don’t know the difference between an LLC or an INC. I learned that in like 8^th grade. I hate to bash people here since its awfully unproductive but other than my complaint to the NJ dept of banking, I had to vent somewhere and prevent other hard working individuals from wasting $ 1450 on his fees!!!
