Bought a Groupon deal for a package of three high resolution digital images and one 8″ x 10″ printed photo for $ 29. Not a bad deal since it was only my intention to use the photographs for my professional profile.
Booking an appointment was quick and painless. Bought the deal on Tuesday and scheduled a sitting for that same weekend. There was no wait-​time once I arrived for my appointment. The photographer was sweet and guessed given my attire that I was interested in head shots. Overall, she knew exactly what positions were professional and best. The photos came out well though you can clearly see some random strands of hair (Disclaimer: they don’t photoshop! That’s for another person!). Either way, I was satisfied.
Since they weren’t too busy, she even offered to take additional (and fun) photos, waiving the sitting fees, emphasizing that I would only be responsible for any prints that I wanted. Of course I agreed and was so in love with the second set of photographs that I purchased three photos from the second shoot. Prints were ready in a week. Would give serious consideration coming back.

Bottom line: the shots are good, the way they sell is horrible.
Longer version: we had groupon for 3 images, for $ 29, got upsold for a package with all images for $ 80 (which, I thought did not include groupon price), ended up with $ 110 and could not reverse at this point because the link was already sent. I was told the customer service will help. I called customer service, they said the order is not in the system. I called the next day, they said it is too late, the link is available, they CAN NOT disable it. Which is ridiculous if you know anything about how this stuff works.
