Beautiful Store! Loved all the décor and furniture, have been looking for a nice bunk bed and they had plenty to see, prices are little bit less than Potter Barn or around same range. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a kids/​family furniture :)!

Friendly, but terrible customer service. Ordered a bedroom set in July and told it would take 6 – 8 weeks for everything to come in. At nearly 3 months we still don’t have everything. We had to chase them for updates. When the first of the deliveries took place, no courtesy call was made to narrow down the delivery window (which was promised). They ultimately showed up early with no warning and without all the pieces scheduled to be delivered. Mgmt’s response was basically that we don’t need the pieces that aren’t delivered so just deal with it. (Not acceptable). Ultimately, someone from the warehouse who lives nearby dropped off the missing pieces on their way home.
They certainly have a wide range of furniture, or at least access to a wide range.
We selected Home & Kidz based on recommendations and online reviews. Given our experience, I recommend looking elsewhere — the costs are comparable to others in the area but their selection isn’t worth the frustration.

Our initial visit to Home & Kidz was stress free. They are by far the biggest kid’s furniture store around. You can actually see and touch everything. Lynn Gaby in the nursery department was fantastic. No pressure, honest information and knowledgeable sales staff. Our furniture arrived in a timely manner. The delivery guys were professional. They set it all up perfectly and showed us what all of the extra parts were. I am so glad we got our daughter’s furniture there. I highly recommend it.

We traveled to 5 different baby furniture stores before we found this place, which is HUGE. We were specifically looking for a solid wood crib set with water-​based paint — ideally Romina brand. We found a great selection at the store, including Romina and another solid wood brand called Natart. The assistant manager Lynn was extremely patient with us, even after 3 visits. Ask for her because she can answer every single question and knows the intricacies of planning the nursery. We took advantage of a Labor Day promotion — so make sure you ask if there’s any sales upcoming. Honestly no need to shop anywhere else.

This place is AMAZING! I went in a few months back looking for nursery furniture and I was blown away! Not only by the store its self, but they had so many different options to choose from. It was like nothing I had every seen before. The sales staff was very helpful and answered every one of my questions. I had to go into the store a few different times before I made a decision. No one ever made me feel pressured and I really liked that. Needless to say I ended up purchasing my nursery set here. About 2 and a half months later I received my furniture delivery and even the delivery guys were delightful! I can honestly say that this has been the best furniture buying experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend that you check this place out.
PS– They not only have nursery but they have children’s and adult furniture as well!

TERRIBLE SERVICE after the purchase!!! We bought a set of bunk beds 8 weeks ago and when we were getting ready to receive it, they called us to let us know the vendor didn’t have the style we ordered. WHAT??? They waited 8 weeks to tell us that??? Not even speaking to the manager helped us. No solution or apology for us! All the great effort from the sales person ended up in a horrible experience. Frustration not only for us but for our girls… Now on the search again!

OMG is this store fabulous for kids furniture! They have entertainment for the kids, friendly staff and truly original furniture! Some are way too pricey in my opinion but if you have no limits and are seeking different, beautiful, nice quality children’s/baby furniture you MUST check this place out!
