I went to the store and the website says it is open on Rt. 17. Turns out the store closed, I remember when i went there to get my gun fixed for a spring problem and not only did they charge me 250 $ but they said we have to order the piece which will run me another 50 $. This place is a joke

The store is terrible! The service sucks and no one seems like they want to help us. The store has a no return policy even if u just bout the product. We had bought a g36 and an extra mag and the weapon itself works fine. However the extra mag was in a damaged box, it didn’t look good and when we go to our house to open the box it was broken the mag was missing the piece. When u shook it u could here the pieces moving around inside the mag. Not even a week later we went back to try and return it and the service was rude. They wouldn’t let me speak and the kept saying listen and it made me mad because I couldn’t say wat was on my mind. The service was terrible and the management could use a little help.

these guys rock, this is the new store in the area I grew up in and around paramus my whole life, all these guys that work here travel from really far away the guy remo I know lives as far as Trenton and that’s just part of how much it shows how great these dudes are, there helpful they will answer any question you got and if one of them can’t answer it for you they hunt down another employee who will know the answer all while you wait, I called once and got a busy signal I hung up the fone expecting too call back in a matter of about 10 minuets and boom there calling me back! I was so pleased that they took the time to noticed a call didn’t get thru and called me back that was the owners not sure if GF/​Wife, but I went in later that day and Shabam I was helped discounted on parts and they called me back too answer my question, you guys rock and keep it up because I will keep coming back for more
