Easy Spirit Shoe Store

Typical store, had a very bad experience there today.
Two employees working, one was in the phone while arranging boxes, the other looked like he was trying to figure out the cash register. Neither one wanted to stop what they were doing to get me the pair of shoes I wanted to try one. If I didn’t need the shoes I would have left.
After asking for assistance for the second time (after waiting 15 mins), the guy on the phone reluctantly went to the back to get them… 10 minutes later he came back to ask for my size again… I was there with my kids who at this point were going bananas… After I tried The shoes on, I decided to pay right away… The guy at the cash register was now preocupied with something under the counter, he asked me to wait… The other guy was still on the phone, after 5 minutes of more waiting, I told him to forget it. Did I mentioned I was the only customer at the store? Never going back to this store again…
