Amazing hairstyle for formal! It lasted 2 days and was only $ 45! Everybody who worked there was really nice and everything was just perfect! For example, my hair smelled amazing! I would definitely go here again! The only downside is that the TV in there had a really weird, inappropriate movie… but whatever ;D

I had a great experience here today. I was a walk in and just wanted a simple blow dry with some loose girls. The girls were all so nice and asked if I wanted a beverage or magazines. The place is so clean. All options are $ 45 and that includes a wash too. After I was done the stylist brought me to see all products that were used, btw they all smell amazing! They do offer a monthly club package for $ 80 which includes 2 blow drys and 10% off products. Great location in the mall because it’s right off the entrance so no crazy laps looking for it. If in the area I will definitely be back!

Terrible experience. I had to attend a wedding this past Saturday and had booked my 7:30AM appointment at least 6 weeks in advanced. I arrived at the store only to find the hair stylists sitting outside as their manager/operator had not arrived to open the store(supposed to open at 7AM). No one was able to give me a good idea of if or when the store would open at all, and after 45 minutes of waiting I left(thank goodness a local salon was able to fit me in for a quick blow out!) I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and received no apology from the Dry Bar company, just a «cancellation» email later that morning. I understand if circumstances out of their control happened that morning, but I was very disappointed with the way the situation was handled.

Very knowledgable hair stylist, very friendly, clean and relaxing environment. Did a beautiful job on my hair. Location is great because it’s right by entrance of the mall. Can’t beat the pricing. I can’t wait to go back.

I honestly had no expectations for this place. The concept was a little confusing to me, but I wanted my hair done one day and just took a shot and booked an appointment. However, I keep leaving extremely happy! I have never liked a blowout on me before no matter who it was from. I always thought it was just me and my face shape or whatever it could be, it just didn’t work. This place completely changed that. I have gone in twice both times with different people and both looks came out great! Their style book is so helpful too. The customer service is so great; the staff is so nice!

Incredibly disappointed in the blowout I received today. I felt as if the girl doing my hair has never held a blow dryer before. On two separate occasions the blow dryer was dropped on my head, she did the complete opposite of what I asked her to do. I can’t believe I was then asked to pay $ 45 after my blatant dislike of the service provided. The girl with the red hair appears to be the only one with a clue of how to do hair. Horribly disappointed.

I’m so thrilled to have this option in Bergen County! I stopped in on a Monday night for a Mai Tai and loved how clean and efficient everything was. Well worth a visit, especially since you can one stop shop in the mall!

I really wanted to love drybar because sometimes you’d just rather have someone else wash your hair! I’m at this mall a couple of times a month so it made sense to try it. My first experience was okay, it took about an hour, I included the scalp massage, and I left feeling pampered. The blowout itself wasn’t great, I felt I could’ve done a better job myself, but my hair was clean and the pampered feeling trumped the experience overall. My favorite parts were the hot tea on a cold day and the scalp massage. The music could’ve been a little lower cause my stylist and I kept having to repeat ourselves since we couldn’t hear each other over the music. It also made it tough to relax during the scalp massage. I tried drybar a 2nd time and it was like night and day from the first experience. I’d booked the scalp massage again which the stylist didn’t do. She was aggressive while washing my hair and drying it, and I was in and out in 20mins flat. No pampered feeling this time. I had considered committing to their membership but my experiences left something to be desired. I will say that the staff is very friendly, the salon is chic and clean, the products are great and the location is convenient. I think it’s about finding a stylist who meets your specific needs. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it. I would go back if I’m in the mall and feeling too lazy to do my own blowout.

I have been dying for one of these to come across the bridge so I was there on the second day they opened. I have so much to say, but don’t want to bore you with different parts, so I’m going to split it up into categories. The«Salon” — they try to fray away from the salon feel of things, and make it more cozy and homey. I was able to pick from a various amount of times available for a blowout online, which is very convenient. The salon itself is adorable, and is nicely decorated. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my stylist, but they offered me a drink and I got a water in a cute stemless wine glass. However, there was only a bench, and two chairs to sit, and a few people waiting so I had to stand. Where your hair gets washed its so comfy, it’s like a couch and they you put your feet up. The overall feel of it was extremely cozy. My Stylist– Gertrude was my stylist. She was a sweetheart and sat me down, took my hair down, complimented my hair, and asked me what style I want. We went to wash my hair and I practically was in heaven. Her scalp massage was amazing and I feel like she used a few different products instead of just a shampoo and conditioner. Gertrude showed me the products she was using and explained how they are used and then began to blowdry. However, I could tell Gertrude was still in training, not that I’m saying it’s a bad thing, but I could just tell. I still didn’t mind because she took her time, didn’t rush, and made sure all her steps were taken properly. I’m sure by the next time I see her she will have it down. What I also loved about Gertrude was that she was extremely gentle on my hair. I am so used to the blowouts that you are tugged and pulled in different directions, but she was so gentle on my hair! I saw the client next to me getting pulled all over while I wasn’t being moved at all. It actually made the blowout relaxing. The only complaint I have is that I got the cosmo-tai style, and the curls were more prominent on my right side then the left, so it looked a little uneven. Products/Brand: I absolutely loooooooooooooooove the scent of my hair after the blowout. Plus I was worried with the products she used, that they would make my hair oily, but I was happily surprised. My blowout was airy and fresh. All the products are up for purchase and they also gave a complimentary gift bag for coming during the grand opening. Its worth 36 dollars! Then they also have the memberships. The blowout is 45, but for 30 bucks more you become a member. So I did that since I loved it so much. It’s 48 hours after my blowout and yes, the blowout fell out a little, but I think I can get 3 days out of this blowout, even though I have oily hair. I obviously am going back for more since I’m now a member!

It was a good blowout. She pulled my hair during blowout really hard in the middle area of my head. The results were nice but not worth the headache.
